I went in a trip to the Amalfi Coast as part of a larger group of students. We were provided breakfast and dinner by the accommodation. The food was good, what I would expect from a hotel/housing accommodation. The bungalows were very nice. They slept up to 6 people, although one room with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) was very small for adults/teenagers, but would be perfect for younger kids. Each bungalow has its own bathroom and kitchen which was nice. The air however in the bungalow was damp and made me feel dirty all the time. The views just outside the bungalow were stunning and it was a 20-30 minute bus ride to get to Sorrento. Overall the stay was nice and good if your on a budget

Room Tip: You have to walk up a lot of stairs to reach the bungalows so pack light!

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was not a good experience. Every morning the water in the shower was cold and when my family and I arrived the sheets were stained and the bungalow was filthy.

There was a nice view of the sea and the cliffs however.

If you are planning to go into the town of Sorrento a taxi will cost you €50 but there is a bus that is €1.60 per person

I stayed at Bleu Village back in April for 7 nights. It was a school trip and I already didn't expect much.I've traveled a lot and have been to very good hotels but also very bad ones. When we reached Bleu village we got our keys at the reception. They have loads of bungalows. Some with a sea view and not far from the "beach" , others on top of a hill. After getting our keys we got our suitcases as well which were transporter from our coach to Bleu village by one of their staff. We got our bags at the reception and had to carry them down flights of narrow stairs to get to our bungalow which had sea view. This was very difficult since most of the bags were very heavy. No help was offered by the staff but since this just is "camping" place that was alright. The bungalows are very small. There was room for 7- 8 more or less. We were 6 people in this room and there were 4 beds crammed into the 2 bedrooms. 3 of them bunk beds and a single bed with a second mattress/bed you could pull out. Before going on this trip I read some horrible reviews about this camping place and that there were bed bugs so we brought our own bed sheets which worked out fine - no bed bugs. We opened a cupboard which was our kitchen hid in what looked like a cupboard. Everything was very old and looked dirty so we didn't dare to use it. The fridge by far was the worst - full of black mold! The bathroom was tiny and the toilet and shower disgusting. The shower was very very tiny and there was mold on the shower curtain, the whole ceiling of the bathroom was moldy and a bit of the bedroom ceiling as well! I don't care how ugly or old a room looks but mold is definitely not ok! We had a little balcony and the view from there was fantastic. There is a pool as well which wasn't usable since there was no water in there. The pool is close to the bungalows on the hill so pretty far away from the bungalows with sea view. The food was..terrible. Except for the first course. There was a course of pasta before the main course and the pasta was quite OK. The rest was just disgusting. Pork with corn and salad served on platters. The meat was obviously not of the best quality but wasn't cooked properly and just tasted gross. The breakfast were just hard buns with marmalade or Nutella. Nothing else. The service was quite ok but kept on bringing more and more food out without anyone eating any more of it. Their English wasn't very good as well. The beach is a two minute walk down some stairs but there is no sand! Only stones. The water was good but back in April still pretty cold (17C) Internet costs 1€ per hour and is only available near the reception so you have to sit on the floor since there are no chairs provided. We had to clean our rooms ourselves before leaving and even dump or trash in their containers. After a staff member checked our rooms we told him about the fridge ( this was the waiter as well) all he said was "oh". No apology- nothing. I don't understand why this is a 4 star camping place. I would have rather slept in a tent, where there wouldn't have bin any mold! I recommend you not to go there. Spend a bit more money and go up another place! The area itself is beautiful! South Italy is really gorgeous so go to a better place and you will love your holiday! Bleu village should clean up their rooms and provide better food. Then your stay would be enjoyable. I wouldn't go there again!

Bed, kitchen, floor and the curtains are dirty and also the walls and ceilings are moldy. The employees refuse to exchange the blanked or even to clean the room.
I can’t recommend this place to anybody!

My son has just returned from Bleu Village with a school trip. He and many of the party said that the food was appalling. Uncooked chicken oozing blood, no variety or choice, he practically lived off bread and what he bought from the vending machine. The rooms were dirty and mouldy bathrooms too.
They were sold a package with the pool but only to be informed a week before departure that the pool was closed. Very poor, would definitely not recommend this place.

Fresh from a great stay in Rome this proved a terrible end to our holiday.
We're a family of 5. I'll go through the pros & cons.
Pros
- theres a pretty view out over the coast.

Cons
Where to begin!
- the location is not great. The beach is a long way down, easy there but a hard walk back up. Imagine walking up the stairs of a 15 storey tower block gives you an idea!
- the beach itself is stoney, fair enough given its location & volcanic neighbour. However, its expensive, you have to pay to get on the beach, pay for the obligatory umbrella, pay for the obligatory sun lounger.
- walking distance to Sorrento, apparently. Well if youre prepared to walk many miles on mostly dark unlit roads with sporadic pavements then I suppose it is. Its not a nice walk & not for the faint hearted. Its a place well worth visiting but you need to drive there.
- the site itself. Ive left the best to last. The staff are at best rude, unhelpful & simply disinterested. The cabin itself very basic with no cleaning during the stay & only 1 set of towels. Oh you can have more, but at a price.
- The pool needed swim caps, not sold on site, & the water slides weren't switched on.
- The cabin. Awful is probably the kindest way i can put it. It smelled of blocked drains, nauseating. The staff were told twice, grudgingly came & pronounced it all fine & normal. I can only liken it to sleeping in a motorway services toilet.
- The mattresses are disgusting, grimey & i think mine had bed bugs given all the bites. Not that the ants i shared my bed with seemed to mind.
- We arrived to find it a quiet & restful spot, the only saving grace. But that didnt last long. Seemingly endless kids arrived as part of a football team tour. Aged 10-14ish their behaviour was terrible. Day & night running about screaming & parents with little interest in controlling them. Not so restful afterall.

So in summary. Beware. Its noisey, smelly, badly kept with rude & disinterested staff. If we could have found a hotel anywhere close that could have accomodated we would have shipped out.

We decided to try the venue because my wife is pregnant and I have other two little brats that want to have fun. When we arrived we stared at the venue. Houses built on the steep of a hill each having sea sight. Amazing! When in the house things got worst as many things were broken; however the handyman immediately fixed the whole and apologised. Apart from this small unintended event, all was great, the pool the bar, the animation staff. One thing that will always last in our memories is the Italian way of dealing with guests. We knew all names of people working in here after two days and we have been treated - with the due respect... As member of a big family. So thanks to Angela, Victor, Jessica, Giusy, Bruno, Vittorio, GianMarco we had a great time and we are sure that we will meet again..maybe next year. Some additional positive remark, guests were also Dutch, English, French, and German. Price inside are fair compared to nearby venues (Capri, Sorrento). Kids had great fun with the staff that cared for them. It is easy to get here from the airport by car. Trips around are easy being well connected by train. Enjoy it!

This complex is scruffy, my patio area was not swept before I arrived as the same bottle top was under my tatty table the whole fortnight together with the hundreds of cigarette dimes in the tree bases. (I do not smoke).
The property was billed as self catering with kitchenette. I only had a fridge, no kettle or crockery/cutlery and when I asked, all I got was a bowl, glass and knife, fork and spoon!
The pool area had music so loud all day, it was impossible to relax and the wifi was only available from around the pool, which was inconvenient.
Would not recommend.

La struttura è adatta a tutti ma meglio specificare se in famiglia ci sono disabili con cartozzina per aver modo di prenotare bungalow più consoni a queste particolari esigenze
