Amazing breath taking views, great service and good food, all for a great price ! We enjoyed the walk down the hill during sunset but there is a shuttle that drives you (on request) to Torbole and back to the hotel with or without your bike. Even though we booked during very busy times, we got an upgrade and a present at check out ! Great friendly team, very clean, 10/10 would stay here again !

The most stunning location for a hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, all staff we came across were friendly, helpful and incredibly polite. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff who were always happy to help and give advice, staff were knowledgeable about the local area and ways to get around to see local hotspots. On arrival we told the hotel we had just got engaged the day before in Venice and when we got to our room we were greeted with a personalised keep-sake card, a mini bottle of Prosecco and a fruit/chocolate board which was a lovely touch. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the cleaning staff were again, incredibly happy and friendly and always welcoming. Breakfast was good, plenty for us to eat and plenty of variety, everything you would expect, the coffee machine was fab and gave great hot drinks in the morning… what more could you want when sitting on the terrace looking at the spectacular views. We ate in the hotel’s two restaurants for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. When checking out we were given a bottle of wine made locally - again, a fantastic and personal touch to remember this wonderful hotel. 10/10 would recommend and already have recommended to family and friends. We would love to come back and see more of what this area has to offer. Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed. Thank you for such a fantastic experience and stay - you have made our time in Nago Torbole one to remember!

We were traveling from Roma to Poland and decided to stay for one night at Garda Lake. We have chosen Forte Charme and it was absolutely astonishing experience. This 4-star has an epic location on the north side of the lake. Amazing view, free car parking, a roof-top pool (next to the last floor of the hotel), and a tasty restaurant. Next to the hotel is another very good restaurant as an alternative. Moreover, there is a shuttle bus if you plan to visit the city downhill. We had a view from the room with a balcony and I would recommend booking a 1st-floor room where balconies are bigger. In the end, we received wine as a gift and to be honest it was incredibly good. We already planning another visit next year.

Super service Great views over Lake Garda and the mountains from balconies and restaurant. Well furnished rooms, great bathroom. First class breakfast, the freshest fruit, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, breads, croissant, freshly made pancakes and omelettes, freshly squeezed orange juice. Quite superb. Anna at reception is a delight. Great advice on wine tasting venues and restaurants. We will return. Cannot wait.

Wonderful hotel, staff and breakfast 10/10 cannot fault. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, hot tub was far too cold and walls were thin (could hear neighbours watching a film until gone midnight which is obviously not the fault of the hotel but something to bear in mind). Location ideal for biking, walking or if you'd hired a car. Fabulous views.

We spent 4 days at the hotel with a Swiss Group (Car-tours.ch). This Hotel has a superb location and our room was well-appointed and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the less said about the Restaurant, the better. Perhaps our expectations had been raised too high by Car-tours who advertised the hotel as having a "Gourmet" restaurant. Gourmet, schmormet! We've been in 2 star hotels which offer more at less cost. The food quality was good and the quantity good, considering that everything was buffet service, i.e. buffetmet! The main problem was with the maître d'. He allocated us to a table with a different Group and refused to move us when we complained, despite the mutterings of our hapless "Reiseleiter". On one occasion when 1 of the 2 entrées ran out before I'd made the trek to the buffet, I was told to eat a salad instead because no more side-dish of polenta was available. After protest, the chef agreed to cook some potatoes for me and that it would be brought to the table. After 15 minutes no such luck; my wife having finished her meal and fearing I'd pass out from hunger ran to the kitchen complaining en route (i.e. screeching) to the maître d'. A surly waiter then brought my meal which I truly enjoyed! By the way, cold scrambled eggs probably prepared the previous evening and lukewarm baked beans both available at exactly 7 a.m (i.e. as soon as the Breakfast room opened) would best not be described as "Gourmet", more chillymet.

Had a fantastic few days at this hotel - I honestly couldn't fault it! The views are stunning. We had room with a lake-faced view which I'd definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. We really enjoyed being able to rent bikes from just outside. The pool is lovely. What more could you ask for?!

The view you have from the hotel is without a doubt the best you can find in Torbole/Riva. The flipside is that it requires a 1km downhill walk to the village everytime (but we really didn’t mind doing that every day). Price vs quality, this hotel is an absolute recommendation if you want to visit this area. Breakfast was good and staff did their best to bring everything at the table because of Covid measures. Only minor point is that the beds were rather hard.

Wonderful view on the lake. My advise is to take not standard, but lake-faced, improved rooms. You will not be disappointed! Rooms are very well equipped: slippers, bathrobes, all needed. Clean, beautiful. Nice pool, worked in October! Jacuzzi near pool area with hot water and facing mountains and lake. Very good breakfast. Friendly and nice hosts. Upgraded our rooms so that we could all live near. Everything was amazing!
