I spent 3 nights at the hotel and was not impressed with the room nor the staff. Also, the hotel pictures lead you to believe the hotel is in a somewhat isolated location but, in reality, is very near a busy main road so you can hear traffic from the outside pool and from the rooms when you open the...

We started our 11 nights long trip to Northern Spain in this spa. We stayed for 3 nights. We are in our 30s and we have a 19 month old toddler. Everything about this hotel was excellent. We were greeted by friendly receptionists and our son got a little teddy from them while we checked in. The room was spacious...

It is the second year in a row that I spend a night at this hotel, more or less at the same date. My first impression last year was great. This year great it remains. Great attention to detail, very nice, ample and luminous rooms, beautifully decorated with a classic style, very well maintained and spotless. Built to block any...

The best this hotel has to offer is its SPA, the indoor pool is amazing, round, big... I suggest you go when it´s alredy dark since the pool is surrounded by windows and being in the hot water with that darkness outside is great! The room was just as expected for a 4 star hotel, nothing bad to say. The...

Very clean and appointed. Staff excellent and very attentive, nothing too much trouble. Downside; its soulless, the area is uninspiring and just a down at heel suburb with nothing to do. Great for an overnight stop, but don't stay too long!

We arrived on stopover from Santander to very polite reception and advice on the use of the pool and spa which was welcome given we had just come from 24 hours on the ferry. So far so good, and the rooms were well appointed, and after a welcome dip in the pool, it went downhill from there. Although the service...

We spent three nights at this hotel in August; the last part of our driving holiday through Castille. This is a real 4 star hotel with good service and excellent rooms. It is also a lovely building. It is a spa hotel with excellent indoor amenities and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was very good and served in a large...

I spent a night in this hotel with the purpose of enjoying also the spa. The whole building is in really good shape. Common facilities felt like recently renovated or new, and are very spatious and upscale-looking. The hotel is in a small town near Santander. A look of interesting stuff to do and see just a few kilometers away....

We chose this hotel because we were flying out of Santander airport the following day and wanted to be close to the airport without paying "city" charges or getting snarled up in central hotels and traffic. In truth it was a gem of a find offering the sort of luxury and comfort you'd expect in an impressive building constructed a...

Lovely hotel building, large immaculate room, good breakfast and friendly mainly English speaking staff. The spa was excellent with a large warm pool and lots of water features, although is was a shame that kids are only allowed at certain times. The town itself was however a total let down. Very deprived with nothing of real interest. The only practical...
