Desastre total. Atención a la estampa que nos encontramos al abrir la habitación: cubo de mayonesa en el suelo junto a un charco de agua y una cama sin hacer. Nos tocó buscar a la responsable del hotel para preguntar por la situación, ya que cuando recogimos la llave en recepción nadie nos avisó de lo que nos íbamos a encontrar. Su respuesta fue que se había estropeado el aire acondicionado hacia unos días y que todavía no habían podido repararlo, que era lo único que tenían. Nos parece vergonzoso que después de confirmar (tal y como nos indicaron) nuestra reserva una semana antes, nos encontráramos una habitación con una gotera, el aire acondicionado estropeado y una cama sin hacer. Le explicamos que no nos quedábamos, no íbamos a poder dormir escuchando caer una gota en cubo de mayonesa durante toda la noche a razón de dos gotas por segundo. Resultado final, tuvimos que suspender nuestras vacaciones ya que fue imposible encontrar un alojamiento en la zona. No volveremos nunca.

Un buen hotel rural, con habitaciones limpias y confortables, con un servicio de restaurante-bar para todo tipo de necesidades, y cuyos responsables están prestos para solucionar cualquier contratiempo. Si volvemos por la zona, que eso espero, repetiremos.

Habiamos estado hace años y nos gusto mucho,ahora las habitaciones estan reformadas y estan muy bien.La cama es muy comoda,la habitacion es amplia una televion grande y un cuarto de baño enorme,con una buena ducha .La limpieza impecable.

Attention ! cet hôtel-restaurant n'est pas à Sangüesa mais à Aoiz-Agoitz ! Le Beti-Jai est avant tout un restaurant (le meilleur entre l'agglomération de Pampelune et Sos del Rey) et LA "cafeterìa" du village (parfaite pour l'apéritif du dimanche et les soirs de matches de foot), mais il propose aussi des chambres bienvenues dans cette partie de la Navarre pauvre en hébergements. Les chambres rénovées sont au goût du jour et offrent des prix néanmoins intéressants ; les plus anciennes sont bon marché et permettent notamment au voyageur solitaire de trouver chaussure à son pied sans se ruiner. Parking extérieur public sûr et gratuit à proximité, à côté de l'église paroissiale. Employés et propriétaires sont arrangeants (ne pas hésiter à demander un "abri" pour les vélos ou les motos), et on peut les solliciter, en espagnol mais aussi en italien ou en français. Le petit déjeuner est servi "en bas", à la cafétéria, mais il me semble qu'il peut également être servi en chambre à la demande. Autre avantage : le Beti-Jai est quasiment ouvert 365 j. / 365. Etape donc simple et familiale, bon marché pour découvrir le nord-est de la Navarre tout en restant près de Pampelune (compter 25mn en voiture).
