Staff was very friendly and the food was varied. The sizzler restaurant they have is one of the best in town! :) The rooms were clean, and they came every day to clean it. Also if you needed anything they provided.

We are very happy we booked this hotel for our 9 day stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and we were very close to Mitaka station and our relatives. The room was small but we made due and bonded more as a family. Hotel was close to good restaurants and a convenient store. We will stay here again!

Clean, confortable, with personal slippers, good quality amenities for bath and shower, oustanding service from the front desk, excellent price. The size of the bedroom is very good, with air conditioning, fridge and hot water jar that allows you some relaxing tea or to use a gracious envelope for a fresh made coffee in the morning. Fantastic experience.

Decent Hotel to stay for couples. I was travelling with my family including infant. Even though room was well equipped and hotel well equipped, the only grouse was related to bed size for the double bed. It was smaller than even queen size, it seemed.

Stayed in Mitaka at the Richmond - a comfortable business hotel in one of the less conventional areas of Tokyo. Apparently this was one of the first hotels in the Richmond chain. Location is 500M from the local station, and the frequent trains provide easy access to the rest of the city. Most people would visit Mitaka heading to Studio... More

I stayed in a single room 917 for 3 nights and this is the largest and most comfortable single room during my 3 weeks trip in Japan. Large single bed as it's 140cm wide. Good check-in and check-out times. I didn't have a problem with noise from the streets during my stay. It is a really nice and quiet suburb... More

I stayed here for 4 nights. I have stayed in 3 other hotels during my holiday in Japan. I love this hotel because the room size is decent and clean, the hotel has laundry services and in a much quieter area compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya. It is a nice experience walking around this area. It has a few nice... More

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. We love it so much that we will return anytime. The location is excellent. There are two stations to get there so make sure you know which line you are getting off in order to get correct direction to the hotel. Every thing about the hotel (room condition, utilities provided, room bathroom... More

Most motel rooms are small as was this one but it was not bad as it was well arranged. There were extra "nic-nacks" and the staff could not be better! It is located in Tokydome city, short walk to the dome and a grocery store right next to the entrance! For the price this could not be better! Restaurant was... More
