Room 114 described as "Luxurious " - I hate to imagine what the bedroom of the person describing this room, looks like! Gloomy, shabby, marked walls, faded carpet and curtains. Worn headboard, dated bathroom, inferior bathroom products. WiFi didn't work and the same for the TV!

We booked this hotel as a Groupon deal and was very disappointed. We was told at check in that we has been "upgraded to a superior room" I dread to think what a "basic room" looked like. This room was very basic, smelt fusty, noisy radiators, small bed and very worn tired
