This us the 2nd time we have stayed in the annexe of the Farmhouse. The couple who own this are very friendly & helpful. The house is hidden away behind the farmhouse, which means it is great for a quiet & peaceful time away. The annexe has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a small living/dinning room & kitchen. One bedroom has a...

I was working at a race and I had a room booked for me at The Farmhouse and I couldn't recommend it enough. The room we had was en suite, lovely decorated and we had a very warm welcome from our host and the gorgeous Rocky (the dog!). There was a good selection at breakfast from cereals, yoghurts to a...

Spent a night here and was pleasantly surprised instead of a room we had our own well equipped self catering wing. Accommodation cosy, food scrumptious whilst the host was friendly and very attentative. Will certainly consider staying again when next in the area.

My Daughter and I stayed here 12/07/16. It was indeed a pleasure to arrive at this lovely bed and breakfast after an early start and a hard days work relocating my Daughters Horse from Cheshire to Kelso. The house and Gardens are quite large and in immaculate condition. The rooms have cheerful modern decor and the premises were immaculately clean....

Having last stayed at the farmhouse a few years ago I was looking forward to staying there again, and as always it lived up to my expectations. This b&b is on both the pennine way and st cuthberts so caters for walkers, and does so very well. I can honestly say that of the 13 different hotels, pubs and b&bs I...

We used this a compact, but perfectly serviced, self-catering base for two couples for a few days in the borders. The accommodation is small but perfectly formed. It was clean and well-equipped, and there are lovely touches, with a modest kitchen left with a bottle of wine, tea & coffee, chocolate and cooking oil/condiments available. The living area is a...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Farmhouse at Yetholm Mill is a recently renovated Georgian building, done sympathetically retaining many original features. It is an old listed building so we are unable to change the rooms, they are not huge, but our guests find them cosy, contemporary and comfortable (and we have priced our rooms taking into account their size). We have 3 ensuite rooms and one with a private bathroom. Two are in our annexe which can be taken on a selfcatering basis. We have gained a great reputation for our food. A huge choice for breakfast, and evening meals can be arranged with 24 hours notice. Booked in advance we can also arrange for our beauty therapist to call for treatments ranging from Reiki to pedicures to massages. Walking packages for the individual or groups available. We really are in the perfect spot for Kelso and exploring the Borders and Northumberland. ... more   less
