This is the best place to stay in El Salvador. I have now been to mizata 4 times and each time is exactly the same... Great! You will receive the best care from george and his staff. The surf is good and uncrowded. You will not regret staying at Miata point resort.

I left my board there this trip so I can make it back more frequently! The locals are friendly, the surf is great, and the food is out of...

Great stay, good surf, incredible food and hospitality. Enjoyed the ocean front room, watching the waves, sunrises and sunsets. It was better for us to walk down to the sandy beach to paddle out rather than navigate the rocks.

I had never been to El Salvador, but I have travelled throughout my career as a marine biologist. I know how to "rough it", but at 60+ I no longer desire to travel the hard way. I have been a surfer for most of my life. For the past decade, I have been doing surf trips to exotic surf destinations...

Mizata point resort is a beautiful place, very quiet, peaceful and clean. Just what I like. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are beautiful. The food is great too. The hotel is kind of pricey, especially in high season. The swimming pool was very dirty though, the water looked extremely green and you could not see the bottom, not very appealing...

The location of this place is magical. The most calming and soothing spot on the Pacific coast. The owner and his family were very helpful and service minded. The food is good. We were supposed to stay 1 night but ended up staying three. 65 usd for a big nice room with A/C and see view. Amazing! Thank you
