Toscana Holiday Village is about 50.000 m2 and it offers space enough for spending a confortable and relaxing stay. Our 135 plots are set in a small pine forest surrounded by a selection of fruit trees so we can offer both shade or sunny plots and our average plots are between 70-100 m2. We are located on a hill in the valley of the Arno river in a mixed grove of cypresses, pines and fruit trees. We have lots of mobile homes with private gardens which are sited in various locations throughout the park so we can offer our guests privacy and comfort. The geographical position of Toscana Holiday Village is very convenient, we are in the heart of Tuscany close to the main cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, so this give our guests a great starting point for any site seeing and the local train runs directly into the centre of both Florence and Pisa, this is a great way to visit these cities and there is free car parking at our local station.

We booked a camping pitch for our motorhome for 7 days We chose this site as it had a train station very close by, so we could visit Pisa and Florence We left after 4 days as we were getting bitten very badly. The showers were smelly and very shabby as was the washing up facilities The pool area was a disaster. Weeds everywhere, loose tiles and the pool was like a bath of ice The only good thing about the site is that you can travel to beautiful places to escape the place This site needs a massive overhaul and lots of money spending on it to bring it up to standard

We arrived at this campsite with our caravan going down slope to the pitches was very difficult tight. When we got to pitch it was like a grass verge on a back Road. There was no designated pitches it was very wet and muddy. Another camper who arrived before us was stuck in the and could not get out. Stayed the whole of 10 minutes before booking another campsite. I’m leaving this one we would not recommend to anybody do not come to this place it should not be a campsite.

Stayed mid October was raining very hard a lot, but still had fun. As well as looking very good there is a nice vibe on this site. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The campsite restaurant is excellent and serves beautiful pizzas and the pasta is delicious. The restaurant staff were lovely. The surrounding area is very beautiful

Im lucky enough to have a friend that has a caravan here. What a lovely spot and everyone is very friendly. My friend previously was in France, but it became very expensive and was never that friendly. He search and found this place and now 4 other people from the French site have also followed suit. So that says alot about how good this site is. It has all the amenities and a swimming pool. The bar and restaurant is well priced and serve really good food.

We arrived at the site and told we could have 4 chalets or cabins. After all the forms filled and id taken there was then a delay of going to our place of stay due to waiting for a receipt which i wasnt too bothered about. Then when we finally got there there were no towels or bedding. There was also cold showers. No toilet roll. Also in the morning no water at all. Could not comtact the number in the information pack provided via wattsapp and the wifi is very poor. I know there is a problem with coronavirus but if it is closed or we cannot be catered for then we should have been told so. These are working men that deserve to have a hot shower and at least use the toilet and wash in the morning. On the plus side. One of the people there is a man named Will. Great guy speaks english and very helpful.

Travelled with husband and four-year old son in October. We timed it right with the weather as it was lovely and warm, around 26 degrees. The amenities on-site are excellent with the plus of having a restaurant which is open year-round The pizzas were large, delicious and came with a choice of toppings and very reasonably priced. The menu was small due to it being low season but a full menu is offered during high season. The staff were very friendly and especially Giusi who entertained our son despite the language barrier. The site is conveniently located to the village where you will find a children's playground, restaurants, bars, shops, bank, pharmacy and all within walking distance from the site. The train station is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car and offers direct and regular services to Pisa and Florence. The site itself is filled with beautiful fir and fruit trees and lining the walkways you will find rosemary bushes and other foliage. There's a large pool which is open seasonally from June to September so, unfortunately, we didn't get to use it but we loved the site so much we decided to purchase a mobile home and will be returning next year. Would highly recommend.

Easy and friendly check in. Camping on terraced pitch, some tight turns in the roads to the pitches so could see how it might be tricky for people with caravans to maneuver around them. Good sized pitches, peaceful apart from the residual traffic noise from the motorway. Great pool with some sun loungers and a tiered terraced area if sunbeds are all taken, small refreshment kiosk for drinks and ice-cream by pool. Toilets and showers ok but could do with being updated however there was toilet roll and handsoap! The food we had in the restaurant was lovely-we all had pizza.
