Made to feel welcomed on arrival. Good size, clean room, and bathroom. Had a drink before going out and was suggested a very well priced good local wine. The bar is well priced for a hotel bar. Breakfast, good choice, and fresh. Would recommend the hotel if you're staying in the area. The only down point was that the bar closed at 9 pm.

I was working for the week in the area and found the hotel a great refuge for the night. The staff was VERY friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and directed me to the nearest grocery store for basic provisions. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner but provided a wonderful breakfast. Because they have full service restaurant equipment, we had fresh-from-the-oven croissants each morning - nothing better! The room itself was very charming and impeccably clean. It's not exactly a business hotel but I managed to find space in front of the TV to open up my laptop and work. When I needed to collaborate in the evening with my co-worker, we went down to the restaurant, opened our laptops as well as a bottle of wine, and went to it. The only negative I can think of is the parking spaces in the back of the hotel. The support beams that hold up the carport roof are directly in the way of the driver and passenger side door. As a result, most guests take up part of the parking space directly next to them. It's simply a design oversight but be prepared to park in front by the entrance or go on a diet so that you can squeeze into your car. All in all, I can't recommend Hotel Purlilium enough.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your kind review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the room and the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the parking space is delimited by columns, so we recommend parking the rear when the column is on the left. We hope see you agian in the future. Sincerely, Natascia Reception.

We love this beautiful and charming Hotel. We have used it before as well for our wedding guests. I don't understand why it's three stars instead of 4 stars Hotel. The room was magnificent super clean, beautiful and quirky. It gives you the impression that you are in a castle. It's a small hotel however plenty of space in the suite we had. The staff was very helpful and well mannered. The breakfast was lovely and you could even do special orders or even have fresh baked cakes. We'll come back.

Hotel Purlilium is a wonderful small hotel with spacious rooms and very nice amenities. The property is clean, safe with a terrific staff. The breakfast is terrific and you can get freshly made eggs and bacon in addition to the other choices. If you choose to dine at Il Griglio, you will not be disappointed. The food is 5 star! Above all is the smiling and very attentive staff. They are so helpful and amazingly friendly. This is an ideal location to explore the multitudes of additional dining places in the towns around the area.

We stayed one night here - recommended by a local business partner. The hotel offers rooms in the main building or in the newer side Building. Well equipped rooms, quiet, nice interior, well priced. In site at the hotel is actually a very nice restaurant - so if you do not feel to leave the hotel they have some very good food to offer. Breakfast is ok - typical italian style. Service was very attentive and staff speak a good English.

In the last time I slept in some hotels with a value of 4.5 or 5 stars. This hotel is much better, here you have a hotel with real five stars. The room is very big the bed is perfect, everything is harmonized, the bathroom is great, you have everything in his room from soap and all the other things from bathroom with the name of hotel up to shoes, sweets, fruits and a bottle of water for free. Fantastic is also the breakfast and last but not least the nice building and the very friendly people. This is an hotel, I am sure, I will be again. Everything was perfect - I have no idea, what they could improve. Many thanks for the hospitality Ralf

Even though i was staying on business i grudged my company paying the bill. Worst service i have experienced from terrible staff. Couldn't book me a taxi or post my mail & don't cater for diabetics. When 8 asked for diet cola they said no one had ever requested sugar free drinks before. Hardly any of the staff spoke english either. Give this place a wide berth

This wonderful hotel is a great solution when visiting Portia for business. Nice and quiet place with really nice restaurant. Very clean and spacious rooms with large bathroom, wifi, tv etc. Personnel very polite and helpful. If you don't have a car, it is a problem because it is located in the middle of nowhere.
