This was a surprising find--10 minutes from the airport, free shuttle, excellent wifi, breakfast 10 euros, very clean, large rooms for an airport hotel, and friendly staff. There is no food service, but there is a very good, very local [no english menu, so take your dictionary if you don't have spanish] , inexpensive, restaurant less than 5 minutes walk... More

I needed a place to stay overnight and the very helpful lady at the information desk in Madrid airport suggested this. I am glad she did! It is ideally situated from the airport, the pick up and collection service (by a lovely lady who loves accelerator pedals) was great fun and the place itself is lovely. The rooms are clean,... the is a hotel close to madrid airport.there is a free shuttle service which is convenient and takes about 10 min to reach the hotel from the airport.there is value for money and the hotel is more like a B&B.there aren't tea or coffee making facilities in the room and if you need to eat something you need to go... I had to stay in Madrid overnight for my layover to the US. I asked the information desk at the airport a good place to stay. Hostel Vicky is where I normally stay on this layover but they were full. Anyway the phone call was made and I've got a rep from Hostal El Cruce coming into the airport to... More

Very close to the airport and with airport service transfer, however the room smell bad (tabacco) and bad hotel service from one shift. Expensive for a ** hotel. If you are strong, you will survive maximum one night for exchange flight, for example.

When the cab was driving through the industrial area to get to this hotel, we had second thoughts. But once he turned into the driveway and we went inside, we were delighted. It was clean, modern, bright, and we couldn't have been happier. It was only 70 euros for 2 people. The bathroom was spotless!. There is an interior courtyard... More

We stayed there for 2 nights, we were constantly being deceived about the prices that kept changing. The wi-fi was not working at all,the bathroom was dirty(when we arrived) and when we asked them why the prices kept increasing they pretended that they did not understand English all of a sudden.

The hostel was really good stay for one night, nothing to complaint about, it includes on the price your transfer to the airport, which make it a great deal. I rented a single room for 39 euros, I had my own bathroom, it was very clean. The only bad thing is that the wifi signal was not available in my... More

The room was great; the staff friendly and helpful, the price was great, but.........the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial zone with no in-house restaurant and only two local neighborhood type restaurants nearby. If, if a traveler is only going to stay overnight to catch a flight the following day then ok because the place is right... More

If you want seamless pick-up and drop off from Airport + great service (it is a family business so every guest is treated with care and attention) + acceptable rooms/beds + very very reasonable price - stay at Hostal El Cruce. If you are expecting 5 star luxury then stay at one of the expensive properties that are near the... More
