Amazing start to our holiday , we got to go to our room the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of this hotel is amazing, the house keeping team here keep the whole place immaculately clean. The pool area is really well looked after and music Is piped all day . There is a bar where you can get drinks/snacks to eat and drink around the pool. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the strip and also only about a 20 min walk to the old town. The team in the restaurant are AMAZING, Juan , Amanda and the team really look after you and food is good . My only complaint is the evening entertainment, it's not really geared for any but Spanish visitors ( sorry) hence we had to go out each night . On the morning we left which was early the night receptionist stayed outside with us until

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean with comfy beds and a clean modern shower room. The big shower head caused water to leak over the floor though. The included breakfast was nice with plenty of choice though the sausages and scrambled egg soon went cold as there was nothing under the containers to keep the food warm. The donuts were amazing and a nice unexpected touch. Location wise the hotel is very close to the beach which is gorgeous and also close to the bus route and local shops. Be aware that many local restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday though so it may be difficult to find somewhere to go. The pool area was very nice. However there would not be enough sun beds to go around in high season I imagine as there were not many for the amount of

Easy check in , empty pool , decent room , location was good for walking along the promenade. Very quiet early May with alot of restaurants shut so was hard to sometimes find somewhere to drink and eat. Nice and peaceful for solo travelling. Room could do with mini fridge and maybe some light music around the pool.

Really lovely clean hotel. The location is great for the beach and to catch the tram. disappointed however by a few things. There are no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There is no iron and they don’t have one you can borrow from reception either. Not ideal when you have a suit case packed full of wrinkly clothes. The room was so warm at night and the air con only blew out warm air so we had to sleep with the patio door open all night. Thankfully being on the 8th floor it meant no body was likely to sneak in! The hotel itself it so clean but the cleaners are very noisy so not much chance of getting a lie on!! The tram is close so it’s handy for going to see other towns. It’s a very cheap way of getting about. A lot of places are still

Just got home after a week in San Juan at the Hotel Castilla Alicante. First of all the weather was amazing! 20+ all week - it amused me that the locals are all walking around in huge winter coats, hats and boots and there’s me in summer gear. You can definitely spot the tourists! 🤣🤣 On to the hotel. It was very clean and tidy and the staff were all accommodating and friendly. The only down sides for me were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also the buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was a continental choice but not really up to much. This could be down to the fact that it’s out of season for them and the hotel didn’t appear to be that busy. The cafe in the hotel in the evenings was adequate. The pizzas were delicious and the ham and cheese

I booked this hotel on a trip advisor recommendation slightly apprehensive as it had a 3 star rating but was pleasantly surprised at how good it actually was. It seems to be mid-upgrade, my room was huge, newly refurbished and had a fabulous corner balcony - not such a great view of roof tops but there was a glimpse of the sea to be had but other rooms looked like they were still awaiting their upgrade. Good air con. The room was immaculately clean and I was thrilled to find I had BBC1, ITV and Channel 4 on the tv not having had any English speaking channels in Barcelona or Valencia! The bathroom was fantastic, walk in shower with a powerful monsoon shower head, bidet and towels changed every day whether you wanted it or not! Location was brilliant, 5 minute walk to beach, lots

What a great find. Clean, efficient and friendly hotel. Excellent communication via email in advance. Room safe was 2 euro per day. You can pay for breakfast each morning allowing last minute change of plan. Excellent access to bus and tram stations nearby. Hotel cafe reliable and good. 24hr reception makes late arrival trouble free. Would recommend.

Shocked at how rude the receptionist was in this hotel! For that reason I would never go back. Myself and my friend were blow away by her behaviour, I’ve travelled the world and never experienced this before with a hotel receptionist. I asked her if she would pronouns the name of the street in Spanish which she said to me “can you not read?!”

What a lovely hotel. Staff were all so friendly, the room was immaculate, the pool area was great. My 2 children loved the pool. No problem getting sun loungers. We had a superior room on the 6th floor and had a good view all around. The hotel is a short walk from the beach (which is lovely) and near to shops and restaurants. We were only here for 3 nights but would definitely return. We got the bus from the airport to ALC then the no22 bus which stops very near to the hotel.

Spacious room with air con. Nice bathroom with great shower and cleaned daily, fresh towels and toiletries and beds made. Had breakfast included whuch was buffet and plentiful selection, breads to toast, pastries, cold meats and cheese, yoghurts, freshfruit, coffee and juice machine, cereal. Also cafe inside if u want lunch and/or dinner but hotel is also so close to avenues of bars and restaurants ,yet still quiet so no rowdy evening noise. Swimming pool isnt huge but certainly sufficient to swim and cool off and cleaned daily. 2 min walk to beach with more restaurants, bars even Burger King & McD's!! To rent 2 sun beds & umbrella at beach 18€. Water and ice coffee can be bought at local supermarket for room and slight shame no kettle in room but just have water and
