Just home from a lovely 4 night stay in the Eurostars Centrum Alicante hotel. From the reception staff to the bar/breakfast and cleaning staff they all performed their duties with efficiency and a smile. Our triple room was on the 4th floor, beds comfortable, wifi very good, we didn't have an issue with noise, as mentioned below, our room no was 421, it did face inwards, plus we were on a mid-week stay. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the C6 Airport bus stop. Is less that 10minutes walk to the LI line for the tram/train journey to Benidorm at €6.40 return. Less than 10minutes walk to the Marina and Old Town. Across the road from Hotel is a supermarket which will cover all your needs. We were given a late check out which was appreciated and key kept activated so we could use Solarium for a couple of hours after check out. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and would stay again if ever in Alicante

Stayed last week for 2 nights and we were very happy with our choice.
We booked last minute at a very good price and the value we got was amazing. If you book direct on the Eurostars website they offer you breakfast so I definitely recommend doing that. They will also spoil you with little extras like welcome drinks and chocolates, sometimes it is the little things that make the difference!

The room we received wasn't the most modern but everything was well kept, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also had a big balcony which was nice to get some air in the morning.

There is a sauna, steam bath (both of them a bit too hot for our liking), a limited gym and a rooftop terrace that catches the sun all day.

Staff members (front desk, restaurant, bar) were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, a large choice of food, including Spanish and continental including a few hot options and great pastries. Coffee was the best I had in a hotel for a long time. What a contrast with the poor breakfast at the Casa Alberola hotel (where we also spent 2 nights within the same week).

Location is very good, we went to Elche for the day by train and the train station is only 5min walk from the hotel, the main shopping street is about 10min walk, the seaside 5min and the old town 15min at the most. Alicante is very compact and worth the trip!

If we come back to Alicante we will stay at this hotel again!

An excellent location, close to downtown / port area as well as some of the bigger shops such as El Corte Ingles. Very comfortable and quiet rooms,no issues about sleep quality at this hotel, the bed was super big and so comfortable and gave me the best sleep in many weeks. Very convenient is that there is a supermarket just opposite as well as a fruit store.
The price was good and the staff fantastic and the aircon was so good in all the hotel as well in the room. Beautiful lobby and a very nice restaurant, only open for breakfast, the breakfast was good.
All Covid regulations was followed, face masks, alcohol for cleaning hands and the staff in breakfast cleaned everything after each customer.

Infact it was not much to complain about, only that our outdoor space was dirty, had not been cleaned.

Would stay again.....

Just returned from a two day break in Alicante. Was a bit concerned with the Covid pandemic, however the measures put n place at the Eurostar’s Centrum helped assure us that we would be fine. Sanitising stations all over the hotel, social distancing measures in place and other measures to help make us feel safer.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, they definitely so out their way to make your stay relaxing and comfortable by trying to help cater for you. A big mention must go to the girl serving breakfast. It is normally a buffet style breakfast however due to Covid, measures have been put in place which means the girl had to dish up our plates to your requirements. A big task considering the number of greedy people around however she carried out her task professionally whilst being friendly and very helpful. Well done!
Hotel is located at the beginning of most attractions in Alicante and is a very short walk to the harbour and promenade.
Definitely recommended f you ever visiting Alicante and we will be back.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were always helpful. Bedroom was basic & the mattress was quite hard but clean with all that was needed including fridge, hairdryer, air-conditioning, bedside lamps etc. Room was cleaned every day by the maid service. The room had no balcony however there is no "view" as you are in the middle of the city centre facing a number of tall buildings, so this was not necessarily missed. Air con worked well. Shower was excellent and bathroom a decent size. There is no pool in this hotel however if you are looking for a hotel central to the town centre then it is great. Excellent supermarket just a few steps across the street with everything you need. The hotel breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold food; bacon, omelette, breads, various fruits, cheeses and meats, cereals, pastries, coffee/tea/fresh juice.

I loved the Eurostars hotel in Granada so specifically booked this one over others like the Melia (which I also love) in Alicante. Although they very kindly sent us up cava and fruit for my birthday, the hotel, and the room itself, felt bland, dated and soulless. Our room was not cleaned properly, with dirty glasses and teacups left there for days, the shower was old with some mould, and the aircon was always too drafty (without it the room was really stuffy). The Reception staff were pleasant upon arrival but seemed somewhat annoyed when we asked a couple of small questions thereafter. It just didn’t have the same look and feel as the Granada hotel. However in its favour is the location close to the C6 airport bus, its opposite a supermarket, and there are a couple of tapas places and bar in a (modern) square nearby. If you want a functional stay but that’s it, and you want to spend a little less than perhaps the Melia or other hotels, then this ticks the boxes, but don’t expect any character or too much for your money.

This is a modern hotel in the centre of Alicante with the shopping centre and the old town within moderate walking distance. It has an underground car park for a limited number of cars (€14 per day). Reception is bright and spacious with pleasant helpful receptionists.
Our 7th floor room was really everything we wanted. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a full bathroom to the left of the corridor inside the room entrance door. It was separated from the room itself by a further door so creating a noise barrier between the bedroom and the hotel corridor. Road noise was also pretty well minimised though we did just hear the tv in the next door room.
Breakfast was included in our room rate and was a pleasant surprise. There was a good selection of hot and cold savoury food, fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereals and baked good.
Our only minor complaint was the difficulty in getting a wifi signal which the front desk mentioned was a problem for Apple phones and iPads. But they helped me through the problem and signal was found.
We will definitely use this hotel again when we visit Alicante.

There’s a clean and smart reception area, but the reception staff weren’t very welcoming, we arrived tired and late after a delayed flight and a smile and nice greeting would have made us feel more welcome.

The rooms are very spacious with a big bed which we found very comfortable. However the room lacks any facilities whatsoever and way below what we expect for a 4 star hotel. We were shocked on waking the first morning to find there are no tea and coffee facilities?! Also no iron or ironing board. Plus only one arm chair was provided even though there is ample space, so we both couldn’t sit down and relax in the room. The noise from other rooms and the street on the Friday night was horrendous, even on the 5th floor. We didn’t sleep at all. We suspect this is because weekends are much busier, the breakfast room on the Saturday morning was absolutely packed.

The breakfast itself was very good for 9 euros we think it’s worth it, they offer a good selection of gluten free items (I have an allergy). But as I mention above, Saturday morning breakfast wasn’t enjoyable due to how busy it was. In fact the waitress ushered us off the table as soon as we finished our last bite (I still had some tea left to drink!) as she said there was a queue to get in.

In summary, a mixed stay but too many negatives and we wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed here with my husband for 4 night break, very clean hotel, bedroom cleaned, clean towels everyday. Breakfast ok, basically continental with bacon sausage and scrambled eggs, but the eggs were cold and rubbery. Fab rooftop solarium to chill if don’t want to go out. 15 mins or so to beach, harbour, and cafes/restaurants from outside the hotel, basically everywhere. Loved the street lined restaurants, where we ate every night. Wasn’t impressed with our room location, room 321, was very dark as very little natural light. Outside was a tunnel of rooms, felt a bit prison like. On the first night after arriving at 1am people in room opposite were talking till 3am on balcony! And it echoed because of the way the rooms were. Reception staff very friendly, didn’t really interact with any other. Would we stay here again, probably not.

We stayed for four nights and overall were very satisfied. The location, while a little outside the central area, was fine and felt safe, with a decent supermarket opposite and in easy walking distance of the station, tram and seafront. The hotel was very clean throughout, our room was spacious, with a small (internal) balcony which was fine for sitting out, the bed was large and comfortable and showers, air conditioning etc all seemed to work very well. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable range of hot and cold foods, although the choice of cereals was limited and there were sometimes problems with the coffee machines and hot water. Overall though it seems a good hotel and we would happily stay again.

Hi, yes the bus stops near the ABBA hotel. Get off at the Estacion de autobuses Alicante, (just as you get into Alicante) cross the road & the hotel is about 3 streets back. To return on the bus turn left out of the hotel walk to the main road (Ave Oscar espla) cross this road then go left towards the sea & the bus stop is about 150 mtrs. Just look it up on google maps to get your bearings! Have fun 😎

we always take the bus - C6 as you come out of the airport. Takes about 15 minutes, only 3.75 euros each. Get off at buss station (just before the marina) and then a 5 minute walk from there. Buses run every 20 minutes
