This hotel is a beachside hotel with 20 steps to the beautiful calm and clean beach. If you don´t fell like going down to the beach you can watch the sunset and action from your verandah/balcony. The staff from Reception to the restaurant/Room Service and the House Keeping were polite, attentive, efficient and really made our short trip so comfortable and enjoyable. We were upgraded free of charge from a deluxe sea view room (1st floor) to Luxury Sea view room (ground floor) because my mother could not climb stairs. The room (116) itself was good for the price that you pay. Tiled bathroom, excellent comfortable bed and the winner really was the verandah with direct views to the beach and sea/Shacks. The breakfast was divine with a huge choice of western (Eggs) to Indian and south Indian choices. I would definitely visit again and bring my extended global family who are scattered all over the world. It is a 5 minute walk along the beach to the main Colva market etc. Lots of shacks on the beach to have dinner or lunch. Highly recommend this hotel. From reading some of the reviews, I would never have visited this hotel. However, I took the risk as I booked it at short notice and it was more than worth it. Don´t expect 5 star when you pay 3 star and this was better than 3 star for sure. Good luck Longuinhos, we will be back again with the family.

My brother has hosted a wedding for me and my husband at Longuinhos Beach Resort on Jan 2020 and we had a magical experience. What an amazing venue, just in front of the Goa's most clean beach. I wanted a fairy-tale wedding and that is exactly what I had. We had booked the property for 3 days and 40 rooms were just booked for our family and friends and everyone was most impressed.
As per our experiences and comments from the guests, this property has the best beach view front rooms which are clean and tidy all the time with great room service, the staffs are friendly, disciplined hardworking, reliable, helping and caring people. Our all the guest was so happy for the delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared in the resort and us all the loved chef's special omelet every morning. Additionally, this place is best for the kids too, as they can go to the beach, use the swimming pool and play in the garden which keeps the kids busy and happy and they also provide vehicle and taxi facilities for their guests. Our both the wedding days were a picture-perfect, as we had a beautiful beach view with coconut trees around.
Just wanted to thank you all for our fairytale wedding. You guys took care of every detail and we loved every second of our special day. We can’t tell you how many people said what a beautiful setting Ever After is.
Thank you so much to the Managers of Resort, Raj and Ranjan for the amazing cooperation and supreme organizational skills that took the stress out of everything!

We had a annual college reunion at the Longuihnos in Feb 2019. We have been doing this in Goa for years at a different property and this year we made a switch and were apprehensive if the property could cater to the needs of a large group.
Longuihnos surpassed our expectations. Although the property was small , it has an excellent location right on the beach The layout plan is really nice with a sea facing lawn where we could hold our group events. The rooms upkeep could be better but most of them had balconies looking out to the sea.
What deserves special mention is the hospitality ad the F*B manager Raj and his team took special care of us during our stay. From designing the menu to being flexible with our specific food and beverage needs, Mr Raj and team were outstanding.The Chicken Cafreal and the fish finger in Goan Peri peri sauce deserves special mention.The front desk manager Rashmi Ranjan was also extremely patient and helpful and flexible to many of our groups last minute needs.
My only suggestion would be to improve upon the reservation process and the reservation team with more information.
Otherwise a big thanks to Loguihnos for making our stay memorable

It was not great view because of the shack in between hotel and beach and which are poorly maintained.
Property : Hotel has good property but poorly maintained, it seems when they have large number of booking they clean properly.
Room service: They have given us used pil
low cover for the highest paid room in the hotel.
Balcony was not cleaned and bathroom too.
Now the location is the wrost in goa...it is the fishing area and they made dry fish too , so full of crows and the 200 meter stretch from hotel to beach is stinking badly one can puke or vomit. Suggested not to go and beach after 400 meter there is only fishing net and all.
Breakfast: Very less options and apart from omlet no open counter. Masala Dosa even made and kept pineapple was cut with their eyes on. Juice was canned juice so apart from bread omlet nothing much to have in a 3star.
Toiletries: Provided.

As you are aware the issues reported to Booking.com and the issues raised by you in the above mentioned review are totally different. Our team on site has very promptly offered to have your room cleaned and linen changed just for your satisfaction, at no extra charge, although the room was thoroughly cleaned before you checked in. We at Longuinhos, treat customer satisfaction with utmost importance, and regret the fact that you and your wife have left dissatisfied, however there is not much we can do as a hotel, when the services offered were as committed, and no issue is actually found genuine. The stay at this resort has been quote disappointing because of the below points
1. On the day of arrival the entire place was smelling like a fish market. Even the room was smelling like cigarette. While complaining about the same they assured to provide room spray but didn't.
2. A bottle of coke costs ₹240. While asking to take it back they said they can't as it is already entered in their system. A system of a hotel whose name none has even heard of. Shameful!
3. They will only provide Coffee in a pot of two cups. I asked for a single cup only and requested them to take the money accordingly, they said they can give a cup of coffee but that will cost of a pot only which is of two cups. They can't play with the price or their so called system. It seems they follow a rule book where system entry is more important and crucial than customer satisfaction.
4. The cups they provide with each room to be kept in room only. I put them outside after having coffee, housekeeping took it but while checking out they were asking us if we have taken it. Be ready to face any allegation or don't use their utensil as they will take it back from your room for cleaning and later they will blame you only.
5. Wifi is horrible. Don't plan to work from there. 2-3 mbps speed is also not attained consistently.
6. The beach access from 7am to 7pm. Not a private beach where you can go anytime.
@hotel team, please learn to be more customer friendly and show some respect to your customers.

Positive experience:
Staff is well trained, polite and quick in responding to any kind of difficulties
Rooms were clean and well equipped.
Improvement area:
Food could have been better
Power back up is required. There were frequent power cuts on one day but the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable.
Rooms were little expensive as compared to other stays that we had experienced ( might be because of the location, I'm not the best person to comment on this)
Overall if you're looking for a comfortable stay at Colva, this is a good option.

Right from the time we checked in, till we checked out, it was a hassle free process keeping all the COVID19 protocols in mind. We had booked the "Luxury Sea View" room at Longuinhos the room was spotless, very clean something I have seen only in 5 star properties and with a beautiful view of the Colva beach. We ate at their in house restaurant "Loca" and this is the place where I had one of the best burgers. Our room service was giving to us by a very polite gentleman Neelesh, who made sure we got everything we asked for in no time, no complaints. Over all it was a wonderful stay, and this will definitely be my must stay at property when in South Goa.

Our stay was pleasant.
A few points.
1. Staff is very nice, friendly and understanding. Much appreciated.
2. Location is excellent. Right on the beach with private gate for entry to the beach.
3. Food options for breakfast can be improved. From taste POV, there is some scope of improvement for lunch and dinner.
4. Quality of rooms: Flavours are available I guess w.r.t pricing. Ours was good so I would avoid commenting over this. A few improvements are like installing smoke detectors. Someone in other room or outside was smoking and our room got filled in completely. Luggage wardrobe and toilet is attached which prevents anyone else using wardrobe if toilet is occupied.
5. Good Service.
6. Amenities wise, it is not truly a 3 star property or resort. Indoor/outdoor games facilities should be added.
Conclusion: Overpriced w.r.t what's available but I would still recommend given the positive points above.

Pathetic experience. We booked for a deluxe sea room in August which was charged @13000 per night. The first floor room given to us only have a window for sea view but just after the window there is unfinished balcony type structure which is always dirty. This takes away the desire of sitting at the room and unpleasant sea view experience. The opposite side of entrance door of the room is terrace which is filled with junk items and thus very unpleasant and unsettling scene.
While the boast of having a spa in the property, they actually don’t have one. They probably had it before COVID but not now.
The service is even worse. The staff at the reception here are unaffected by the guest plight and doesn’t have any human touch. The room has granite table tops and when we entered the room all tables, floor were watery. We called the housekeeping guys for cleaning but they didn’t came for 20 minutes and I had to call again at the reception and the reception guy said why would you need housekeeping guy.. strange to hear such comments. The hotel doesn’t provide with comb. I had to go to a shop about 1km to purchase one. The service is really sloppy and much below standard.
The breakfast here is also very limited. The spread is very limited and they have live counter for eggs only… no dosa or uttapam.
I would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money by staying at this property.

In all means this is a wonderful place to spend your time off. The resort has direct access to beach Staffs are well behaved. Receptionist always keep smiling and his manager Surojit is always ready to help rooms are sea facing swimming pool is nicely maintained you can enjoy a peaceful time here. If I have to visit Goa again this would be my first priority for Stay. The restaurant offers a range of cuisines which are really mouth watering and tempting

Hi, We do have fish smell on rare occasions, and have acknowledged the same online. If you don't want to take a chance, you can walk in and than decide.
