Great disappointment. No frills here but not cleanliness either. Sticky doors and poor management. It was very difficult to make me explain in English. Poor service. And this area is overcrowded too. Better try other areas outside Murcia.

Top floor apartment with roof terrace, 2 bed 2 bathroom. Reasonable size and nice terraces. Central heating. The urbanisation is well looked after, with good security and secure parking.would be interesting to see the difference in the summer

Probably there are, but we have no idea, we came by taxi and the fare was about 40€

Hi Shaun, I do not know exactly how long walk but is a long way, it is maybe 1 hours from phase III to Los alcazares, maybe more. Kindest regards
