Located truly in the Norfolk countryside just outside South Creake. The refurbishment of what must have been an old agricultural building into a really spacious and comfortable room (Oak) and an amazing bathroom, is astonishing. Staying in the Oak room you have your own room next door for breakfast, which also has a microwave, cutlery and wine glasses, should you bring something back to eat or drink. Then there is breakfast; everything is beautifully prepared and presented and I love that if you have cereal etc to start your breakfast, the hot food is only delivered about ten minutes later, so you get it freshly cooked. It’s the extra touches that make the difference!

Had a lovely stay in Sycamore with our 2 dogs. The accommodation is perfect, beautifully furnished with a secure garden. The bed is extremely comfy and the bathroom very luxurious. The breakfasts are well cooked and plentiful and the home made cake a delicious added bonus. Bob and Inez are excellent welcoming hosts, attentive but unobtrusive. Look forward to our next visit.

This was our third visit here & although there have been a few changes, it certainly didn't disappoint. We stayed in Oak, a lovely spacious room with amazing bathroom & the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast, served in our own private dining room was delicious & plentiful. Inez's granola was delicious as was the fruit yogurt. Breakfast certainly set us up for the day. The location is so peaceful & relaxing it was lovely to come back to after a day exploring beautiful North Norfolk. Bob is an excellent host & coped admirably in the absence of Inez during our stay. We'll be back.

Returned today from a three night stay in the Sycamore Lodge. On arrival Bob and Inez were pleasent and welcoming. The lodge is spacious and nicely furnished with a large bathroom and big comfortable bed. There was milk and water in the fridge, microwave and a fan which we only found on day three. The garden wasn't at all what we were expecting as on the website it's much larger with pretty pots and shrubs and one of the main reasons we booked. Although private which was nice the grass was mainly weeds with thistles that our dog stood on more than once. With the patio unswept, dead plants in the pots the garden looked like it had been neglected for some time. There was no sunshade for a south facing garden so couldn't really use it until evening. The breakfast was very good so no complaints there. It does state on the website cake every day and biscuits are provided but we only had two pieces of cake on arrival and no biscuits. A toaster and kettle were provided but I think they have both seen better days. We bought some items for the microwave but on inspection it wasn't clean inside so we didn't bother. Generally the lodge seemed clean but there was dust and cobwebs in places. We felt that the website is misleading. It's states luxury it's not. It shows a large garden it's half the size now. It states homemade cake every day of your stay and biscuits provided they weren't. Little things maybe but at £160 a night you should get what's advertised. This is a nice Lodge in a peaceful location but it needs some attention to the garden and some deep cleaning and upgrades inside to make it a luxury stay.

We had the pleasure of having 3 glorious nights at Hubbard's, from start to finish we were made very welcome by the wonderful hosts Bob and Inez. We stayed in Sycamore Lodge just superb luxury accommodation, the little extra touches are so beautiful. Also which was a huge bonus we had are own private garden which was superb as we had the sunshine whilst visiting. The home made cake that was left each day for us was just scrummy but the home made breakfast wow a delight ! Compliments go to the chef ! Best ever granola we have tasted and to have them delivered with a smile to the door just awesome. Set in fantastic countryside and woodland Marley our cockerpoo loved the walks around the private woods. Cannot fault one thing about this beautiful well thought out Bed and Breakfast . Cannot wait to visit again Thank you so much !

Recently stayed in the Sycamore Lodge accommodation at Hubbards and it was lovely! We couldn’t fault the accommodation or the service at all. The grounds are lovely, it’s in a great location for exploring North Norfolk and the owners were great. We will definitely revisit.

We had a lovely few days at Hubbard’s B and B, the surrounds are beautiful, the rooms are really nicely decorated - we had a huge bath and a huge shower. Breakfast was tasty, the compote was so good. Bob and Innes are dream hosts. Will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a two night stay. Given the circumstances (COVID 19 )we have enjoyed a relaxing informal stay, with all safety measures in place. Bob & Inez were lovely/friendly hosts , and thank them so much for their hospitality and delicious breakfasts. This place is so secluded and beautifully quiet...but near enough to drive to local pubs an restaurants to eat . Comes highly recommended from us. So...big Thanks ...our little dog also enjoyed his stay, and the run around the fabulous woods surrounding the property.

We have just spent 4 nights here, (was due to be in Spain for daughters wedding) and although the North Norfolk weather was blowing a gale most days, we had a fabulous time made easy when staying at such a lovely place. The owners have thought of everything, beautiful white linen and towels, bottled spring water, stunning bathroom with large bath and walk in shower, fridge, cosy attractive decor and very very clean which is so important. All good restaurants within easy reach, the coast with the best beaches, plus Burnham Market which we love. Great time away and definitely coming back. Thank you Bob and Ines!
