Many moons since I stayed in a caravan and how times have changed. The Silver standard caravan we had for the weekend was spacious, immaculate, warm and very well equipped. The whole site is clean and beautifully kept and a credit to the owners and management (who were warm

Our first visit which we both really enjoyed. First class modern static caravan, well equipped, very comfortable. An idyllic location. Very quiet and relaxing which is what we needed. Only a few minutes drive to the town centre as well. Would love to come back.

Tranquill location for the first night but spoilt by screaming kids on the morning of our second night. Parents didn't help with car engine revving for 20 mins before they (thankfully) left. Beautifully clean caravan so no no moans there. Being made to pay £5 per head for

Hi Suzanne Were sorry that the children and parents in the next caravan spoilt your stay. The Groupon offer was a special rate which gave a heavy discount which allowed customer to choose if they wanted to bring there own towels and bedding or if you wanted us to provide the towels and bedding which was at an additional cost. Kindest Regards Vanessa

We're glad you had so many positives, and that you liked the Park and the Caravan given. Its actually the park that is graded at 5* and not the accommodation, but given the caravans are currently rated as 9.1 on Booking.com so the standard is usual very high. We're sorry you didn't feel the caravan was as clean as it could of been but unfortunately if we aren't made aware of any problems at the time we cant put this right. The deal on Groupon is at a very low price hence giving customer the choice of bringing there own Bedding & Towels or hiring them from ourselves for an additional cost, were sorry if you felt robbed by this but we could not of offered this deal if we included the bedding and towels. The caravan hired was a nearly new caravan and is standard size for a 3 bed room caravan as it is 38 x 12, unfortunately it is pretty much standard for manufacturers to only do the dining table and chairs for 4 even though they sleep up to 8 people. I hope I've answered a few of you concerns. Vanessa

"Perfect caravan break"
"All about the same as it is the other occupants and their kids who make the noise not the location. p.s. the cpckerall is rather annoying"
"Well worth paying extra for the Platinum caravans"
"Caravans are probably pre-allocated but a lakeside view is great!"
"Not a hotel, but caravan park. Choose platinum option (worth the extra)."
