I've stayed here twice so far, and the rooms are clean and bright, lovely high ceilings and comfy white beds. "Kaleidoscope" has a great shower and comfy armchair, plus a couple of small desks A great feature is the cafetiere and Spanish torta biscuit in each room! The rooms are attached to a bistro, coffee shop & bar; and the...

This restaurant is generally very good. The food is usually of a very high standard and the staff are always friendly. On my last visit on Christmas Eve my main course was a bit dry. However, this was a exception to the normal high standard. This restaurant is supposed to be dog friendly too and I've taken my dog on...

*Accidentally posted my room review on the banners restaurant page instead of hotel page but still a 5/5 * Well deserved 5/5. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights in the 'Unicorn' room, it was as beautiful as the photos show if not better. The room was a mix of both modern and classic design which made the room...

We stayed in a suite, which was one of the most impressive I have seen. The room was huge, perfectly decorated (Victorian style) and there was even a bathtub for those keen on bubble bath. The bathroom, was also quite spacious and nice with a modern design. Everything was very impressive. The only downside is that it was a bit...

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst away for work. I have to say that the service was fantastic and it was great that the staff didn't find anything too much and I really felt they wanted us to make the most out of our visit as well as explaining all of the local areas etc. Francesca was a great member...

Room was a little small, but we had offered to change rooms, with my daughter so they had more space for our granddaughter's cot. It was, however clean and the bed very comfortable. Access was by stairs and I did not see a lift. Staff are very friendly and food is excellent. They adored my granddaughter and were very child...

We had a deluxe room for 2. Nice large room, but cold late evening as the heating went off. Nice bathroom but no mirrors! Breakfast was OK but nothing really special. Main complaint was it all seemed to be geared around getting as much money off guests as possible. We made an assumption that breakfast was included, but found out...

Hello and thank you for your review. Firstly, we have now set our heating onto Winter hours so that it is on 24 hours and controlled by guests in the rooms so thank you for pointing this out. Breakfast: There is a big variety on our menu, we used to include breakfast in the price of the room but this...

We stayed at Banner's for two nights as we were attending a wedding in a nearby hotel and are delighted that we made this our base for the weekend. The room was huge and uniquely decorated and included nice touches such as ground coffee/cafetiere, huge freestanding mirror and built in apple tv with surround sound. The bathroom was also large...

We stayed at Banner's for two nights to attend a wedding in the area, with our two year old daughter. We were forced to pay more for our room as the booking options on the website stated that a cot wouldn't fit in the other rooms, which was very frustrating. However the apartment was a significant size and included everything...
