We stayed at the Palace for a week, and we could find no fault with the experience. Checking in and Checking out was very prompt, and we were sown to our rooms very quickly. As a family of four, we had two rooms, and the rooms had a common area that was separated from the rest of the rooms, which...

We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel when they opened up the Imperial Palace Gardens for the Cherry Blossom Festival. It was an experience I will cherish forever. The hotel staff truly understand service....

Very great hotel. This hotel really sets the bar for hospitality. Everything is impeccable from the moment you enter or even before we arrived. Once I booked the hotel I was able to reach out to concierge to make reservations. They were able to make all the request except for Sushi Saito, but that's because they only take reservations with...

Once you've done them all: Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Peninsula, Mandarin, and may be even the Aman, chances are, you'll come back here. Because it's the most Japanese of them all. Because the service is impeccable (and do splurge on the Club level room and the 19th floor lounge will become your retreat from the hustle of the big hotel)....

When I read the reviews on the Palace Hotel, they were so positive that I assumed the staff was writing them or there was a 10% discount for writing them. I was wrong. This hotel deserves all the praise it gets and much more. I have stayed at many hotels over my 10 years plus of trips to Japan and...
