This is a big hotel with hundreds of rooms. Rooms are may just slightly above average. When you check in, hotel staff will ask you to include breakfast in the room rate. However, you are unaware at that time for what you are signing for. Next morning when you go for breakfast, be shocked for a long queue. Why? Because... More

Stay there for one night. Breakfast was good, location quite near the train station as well. Toilet is small, but still okay, some other Japan hotel is even smaller than this. Service was good, staff is friendly.

The room was always a bit dusty, but they clean well everyday. It's the first time I see that. Room was a bit small (extra twin room) but I understand is Tokio. Internet by Wifi was very slow and doesn't work well. Personnel there was SUPER nice and the only reason this review doesn't have a three-star review. Breakfast is... More

The location is comfortable, the rooms are a bit small but this is japan so it is expected. The staff is great and very helpful. The only drawbacks are: 1. There are no double windows, you can here the noise from the street even from the 9th floor. 2. The curtains allow light to get in, so if you aren't... More

We had three rooms. Only one of them, 1296, was standard size. The other two were tiny. No reading light, no closet space or drawers or hanging of any kind. We spent a week living out of our suitcases which we could barely open due to the tiny room size. Only one English language tv channel. Staff little or no... More

An excellent hotel with good and working amenities, clean room with comfortable bed. The rooms have free WiFi. The breakfast spread was excellent with so much choice. The staff were very polite and helpful too. As with most hotels in Japan which I went to all the TV channels offer Japanese programmes. The hotels should try to offer some TV channels... More

We stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied with the room size (largest we had in Japan), amenities, comfort and cleanliness. Location isn`t 10 or 15 minutes from the Imperial Palace if you actually want to visit it - the entrance is about 35 minute walk or total of 30... More

Whilst away from major tourist attractions it is not too far from the subway. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable. We did pay a premium price for two nights and would have been a little happier if it included a continental breakfast. They do have in house florist and bakery. Looks like a fantastic location for functions such... More

Pretty good hotel where I stayed 1 week with wife and 3yo daughter. Nice triple room with sufficient space. 5 min walk to Iidabashi station which is on multiple metro lines. A convenience store just across the road and a large choice of restaurants in the close neighbourhood. Also, free bus service to Disneyland which was useful for us.

Pro's: clean decent sized rooms, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Several restaurants (and a Starbucks) right across the plaza. Cons: the hotel is located in the business district of Tokyo, and besides the Tokyo dome (and related amusements), there's not a whole lot to do or see within walking distance (on the plus side you won't be woken up by street... Staying in Yotsuya / Iidabashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
