This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. However, travels should be aware that there is ongoing construction outside. The double-paned windows thankfully keep the sound out. I don't believe this construction affects the dome-side rooms. Also, being over a train station, one "feels" the trains coming in and out. Of course, this should be expected in a hotel over...

This was our first trip to Japan and Tokyo. The hotel is very conveniently located at train station express stop from Narita airport. We emailed our arrival time and a hotel employee met our train and helped us with our bags and easily brought us to the hotel through a very crowded and hectic station during evening rush hour. The...

Great from time of check in to check out. The reception staff are able to speak English well and are knowledgeable about directions and things to do. The lobby is small but very cosy with a fire place. We stayed in the Dome side room and it is a little small. However, the amenities made up for it. Huge shower...

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Every person working in the hotel is polite, friendly and helpful. We especially had excellent service from two very competent, friendly and knowledgeable employees, Namiko Hisakura (Guest relations, rooms division) and Tomonori Otsuka (concierge). Ms. Hisakura went out of her way to assist us with Shinkansen tickets the night we arrived and remembered us later...

We chose this hotel for its location to Tokyo Station and its luxury charm. It did not disappoint on any front. We arrived late in the evening to Tokyo, via Narita Express, and were very pleased that we only had to navigate to the Sth maranouchi exit to find the hotel. The welcome was polite and efficient. Our room although...

As the name suggests, this hotel is part of Tokyo station which means that it is extremely well positioned for travelers who need to get to the station at odd hours. The hotel itself has been recently renovated and it is gorgeous! The beds are amazing and the staff are very friendly. Although the hotel is on the pricy side,...

My recent stay at The Tokyo Station Hotel has raised the bar for all future hotel experiences. We stayed here for two nights, one on each side of excursions to Kyoto and Osaka. I was concerned about booking Shinkansen tickets during the New Year holiday, which is what initially prompted me to investigate this hotel. I hoped its JR affiliation...

When I think of hotels near central stations I don't associate them with the highest levels of service and amenities. This was a pleasant surprise in every sense. The location is brilliant, the service of the staff is impeccable - like most of Japan, but with a beautiful and traditional formality. The staff went out of their way to help...

Attached with the train station with less than 1 minute walk. Easily access to underground shopping street with all kinds of restaurants and shops. Hotel breakfast on the 4/F restaurant is great especially the Japanese style food.
