This hotel is more a conference centre and used by people on business, not for the usual tourist, though it was clean, breakfast fabulous, helpful staff, and near to subway stations and the Ninja Restaurant (by chance!) but I felt if I'd had the time to have done more research I would have chosen another hotel. It did the job... More

Everything was very good at this hotel. The room for 3 persons was very spacious especially for Tokyo. Service was excellent. I don't why the previous review said there was no luggage storage when in fact there is. We checked out in the morning and left 7 pieces of luggage and then picked them up in the afternoon. We also... More

I stayed at this hotel in July for 6 days. Big mistake. There are much better hotels at less cost like the Niwa close to the dome hotel. The hotel is really a tired conference hotel, the rooms are small but that is the same for a lot of hotels in Japan. The carpets are dirty with lots of stains,... More

We found a promotion online and got a double bedroom for a relatively cheap price for New Year! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was small as most rooms in Tokyo but we did not feel bad in it. It was extra clean and comfortable. The mirror had an internal heating system to prevent condensation, we had never... More

Great value for money...almost unbelievable :) It is not really about the hotel, but be prepared for endless walks through Nagatacho/Akasaka-mitsuke station. Hotel is very close to the entrance, but the station is really (I mean relly) huge.

Very friendly staff. Could understand and speak English better than some of the other hotels I'd stayed in. Big reception. Unfortunately the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable pillows. I folded 2 doonas in half and had those under my sheet. Reception brought up some softer pillows but they were still way uncomfortable. Nice of them to try to... More

Twin room on the 21st floor is great. There is a faint smell of smoke in the hallways but if you turn the air con on, this goes away. The room size is bigger than the average Japanese hotel room and certainly APA hotels. The hotel is quite old however it is functional and everything you need is available for... More

The hotel it's a 3* star hotel. It is located at 10 minutes walk by taxi (20 usd one way) from Giza and Shibuya and very close to the metro station called Nagatacho.
