Very nice location (1 min from TCAT and Subway station), nearby area remains busy till late, good service, clean rooms though smallish, English speaking staff was helpful. Breakfast included in room tariff was average though many eateries quite nearby hotel. Hotel isnt very grand, small lobby and common area. Everything is paid for (water bottle, english newspaper etc). No major...

We reached this hotel at 10 am (after a long 10 hr flight from Sydney). The check-in was not allowed before 3pm. We left our luggage in the hotel, and went out for a short sight seeing tour ! We tried our luck at 1 pm at the hotel & they gave us a room before check-in time, nice surprise....

Good location, especially near TCAT !! We stayed for six days and we are pleased for this hotel. Sure will come back again next time. Value for money, room was good and we had no major complaints about this hotel.

Stayed for two weeks in July 2013. The room was small, as expected, but there was enough room for my partner's and my own luggage, towels, clothes etc. Only bad thing about the room - not enough storage space for clothes so had to use space wisely. The breakfast wasn't that great, but there is a Doutor just round the...

We got a really good deal and stayed 5 nights. I would have pay double if I knew what we were getting ourself into. The worse thing about the hotel is the smell. We stayed in the fourth floor and the smell of mold and food being re-heated was awful. We also had to change rooms since the AC broke...

Stayed for two weeks last summer and we are still pleased with picking this hotel for our stay. Price was good and we had no major complaints about the hotel. As many before me has mentioned, the location is excellent, just a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station as well to the TCAT for easy access to...

This is a pretty well known chain in the Tokyo area - this one in Hakozaki is pretty good. I pay around 6,000yen and get a regular room in the main building (there are ones in the second wing, but I have never stayed there). All the reception staff speak fluent English and they are always very helpful and attentive....

I stayed there for a week, defiently a place I would go back to! Prime location, near the subway and TCAT. Easy access from the airport. Stuff were super friendly, even though their English was horrible! Somehow we managed to overcome the communication problems, and had a great stay. Room was very nice, clean and equipped. Nearby there is a...

The great advantage is being near the TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) and the metro station, Suitengomae. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, great soundproofing from inside and outside, AC functioned perfectly and they offer a nice pajama. The disadvantage is the size, it is quite small, not much space to have two big pieces of luggage. The cable connection...

We stayed there in May 2013 for a week and we enjoyed our stay. The location is very good (1 minute walk from Suitengumae metro station). The neighborhood is very quiet (business neighborhood) but if you walk a few minutes on the main street, you will find a lot of restaurants. The room was small but cozy. After a little...
