The Hote is on a perfect location. You have everything around a few minutes walk, we specially liked the 7eleven convenience shop in front of the Hotel. The rooms are pretty good sized for Tokyo standards. Very clean with a nice view!

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel was about a 10 min walk from the train station but we also did not know where we were going to we spent sometime looking around. The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect. We used the convenience store 711 in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

Very convenient location at Opposite to Shinagawa station. Huge complex formed by several 'towers'. Really big complex with lot of activities and local shops, bowling and aquapark. Rooms standard japanese tooms without any trendy or fancy decorations. Some may say that even boring rooms. But woild say that just a normal japanese standard.

I stayed here for as my sister was getting married in Tokyo! I love that this hotel in Shinagawa is right across the street from the Shinagawa Station and is near a temple that was in the movie about a group of samurai that killed themselves. The hotel rooms are small but we spent a lot of time outside of...

The Hotel is group of several towers the Main tower is the one I stayed, The room is small, as you would expect in Japan, but very clean and service is good. I got a deal for about 90 US dlls per night, so for the size of the Hotel and location is a good deal

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights whilst on a tour of Tokyo. This was an ideal location, right next door to Shinagwa train station, which was perfect to be access all sites we wanted to see on our tour. The hotel was very welcoming, and staff able to speak English to us. The room was very small,...

This is a very large hotel across the road from Shinagawa Station. Flying into Haneda International Airport, Shinagawa Station is less then 30 minutes away by train at a fare of approximately USD10 each way. Due to the size of the Hotel, it can be quite confusing because although the differing blocks of the Hotel are all under the same...

The Prince Hotel is very conveniently located across from the transit stations. While the public areas are new and flashy, the rooms are about the size of a college dorm room, spartan, and dated. While we spend little time in the hotel room, we were disappointed. There are many restaurants in the building and nearby. Be careful in the bar...

Living nearby and a convenient place to be with loads of entertainment in the hotel facilities from pools, shopping, bowling alleys and you name it, they have it. The executive tower has small rooms but build as a circular structure so depending on the room, like I had, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at night and morning during...

This is a large hotel, and very conveniently located across the street from the Shinagawa Shinkansen station. The room with 1 beds was a good sized room, and comfortable for 2 people to move around. There are plenty of places to pick up a quick bite to eat in the area, as we did not eat the hotel breakfast. As...

Staying in Shinagawa / Gotanda

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with luxury residential buildings and the scene is constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama park and Togoshi park are great places to see beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa and Ebara are very popular. It's a great place to get in touch with the old Edo atmosphere on a pleasure boat cruising along the canal. The neighboring area around Gotanda station is a study in modern contrasts filled with unique restaurants and a lively nightlife.
