Very good location, 3 min walk to the metro! Hibiya Line H5, quiet location which is a pleasure in a crazy city like Tokyo. Perfect service! Comfortable room, well equipped Seems to be a traditional hotel, lots of Japanese staying there during the week end. Great place to stay

Grand tradition in this hotel, no show off, only class. A lot of Japanese guests, some wearing kimonos and various fine restaurants. Big swimming pool and very decent, though old school, gym. Flower deco is amazing.

Such a great experience to stay in this emblematic hotel. We got an upgrade to a bigger room. Staff is really focused on making you feel welcome. Linens and toiletries were very high quality. Mattress was kind of firm but definitely good quality as well. But the toiletries! Shiseido Phyto and Rose goodies! Nice green tea and well stocked fridge....

It's located near several embassies including the U.S. Embassy which is across the street. Allow additional time to sightsee as the hotel is not near the major tourist attractions however getting to the subway is just a short walk and you'll be able to get around Tokyo from there. The rooms are immaculate and very well appointed and include, for...

The service mindedness of the staff is unsurpassed. All members of the staff will do the best to give you a pleasant stay. Personally I like the 70s design very much and it is a shame that they broke down the main building (now being replaced by a tower) - so let's hope that they keep (or renovate) the south...

I love everything about this place, and have stayed here six or so times: wonderful staff, aesthetic, breakfast, and gym. Everything is very professional ( wearing cute uniforms) and English not an issue. Rooms very quiet with double panned glass. Concierge service is also very helpful. A wonderfu place and I'm glad it is open during remodel. Only suggestion/ request...

I stay here every time I visit Tokyo! It is a great place and the service is exceptional. There are great places to eat close by and a Starbucks really close. The rooms are nice and the street is pretty quite considering the city.

This famous hotel in Ropponghi was a beautiful experience. Traditional, super customer friendly, and with a great breakfast and nicely decorated rooms, it provided a wonderful stay. The hotel offers a bus to the airport which is much more economical than the astronomically expensive taxi to Narita - keep it in mind.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
