Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed at the hotel for a week, was lovely. Great location as right near to the subways. Room very clean. Stunning views of Tokyo tower and Mount Fuji. Loved the hot drinks machine in the reception area. Would stay again. Employees very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed looking at the artwork that was displayed around the hotel.

At the more expensive end of where I would normally stay but completely worth it. The reception areas is wonderful with its large atrium and fantastic views out to Mount Fuji on a clear day. A quieter area of Tokyo but a short walk to a great strip of restaurants and very easy access to the Tokyo rail system. The rooms are big (for Tokyo) and well appointed we had a wonderful king size bed and amazing night time views I would happily stay here again even at the higher price.

We were 3 adults, staying for only one night at the Park Hotel at the end of our two week trip to Japan. We chose it for the beautiful city views, and convenience to Haneda airport for our international flight home. It was a quiet location, a little tricky to find, and it's a bit of a walk from the main Shimbashi metro station. The hotel lobby is also on the 25th floor of the Shiodome building. The front desk was very friendly for both checking in and out. They do speak English, but we also speak Japanese so we didn't have any communication issues in hearing about policies. They did ask if we needed help with baggage or any other requests. The lobby on the 25th floor is very nice with artwork from local artisans on display and for sale, as well as beautiful city views out the expansive windows. And when we checked out two women wearing Kimono were making and serving fresh traditional Ocha green tea to all hotel guests with small candies. It was a nice gesture. We had a room on the 33rd floor with 3 comfortable beds, a decent amount of space, a separate shower/tub combo, as well as fridge and hot kettle. They do provide Pjs and slippers as well as nice toiletries. You need to leave your room key in the slot to turn on the room lights however. The hallways are filled with interesting creative art pieces, but the actual hotel room was very plainly decorated. The best room feature was the window seat overlooking an amazing view of the city. The night time lights were especially enchanting. We didn't use their breakfast or dining/room services but there are available restaurants as well as a Family Mart combini on the lower level for snacks. And it's a convenient location to walk or take the metro to other areas for more dining variety. This was an affordable & peaceful stay for us in Tokyo, which was exactly what we needed after a long trip.

The Park Hotel Tokyo was a great spot to stay for five nights in Tokyo. My wife and I really appreciated the art gallery decor throughout the whole hotel. We also sprung for the room with a view of the Tokyo Tower and Mt. Fuji. It was worth every penny because we would sip coffee in the morning planning our day, or unwinding with a beer or glass of wine from the lobby in the evening, soaking in the view. The room was also well appointed, super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also close to a number of train stations and most cool places to visit are only a few stops away.

The Location is good and the service is friendly. The only disappointment is the changing of levels to go the hotel from the Foyer of the Entrance There is a lot of architecture and art around the Hotel as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning soon

So this hotel is in a very quiet area. Subway is steps away. Really not my fave area, but a quick cab away from everything Ginza. Major Plus is the coffee bar, self laundry, and the views of Mt Fuji are awesome. Restaurants are pricey. Family Mart in the basement a good plus for midnight snacks. We just grabbed a cab for where we needed to go as they are out front. The hotel is gorgeous and the service was fantastic. Really a great experience.

Elvira at the front desk was downright rude. After asking us to come back later to check in she informed us that the room was not ready and she couldnt care less. Rooms were filthy. Certainly not what we expected but then again can't expect much more from a cheap hotel
