Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful hotel, based from the 25th floor in business area of Tokyo. Many English speaking staff who were so friendly and attentive. The restaurants are a tad expensive but we opted for room service which was better choice and value. The breakfast was great value and good choice/quality. Ideal location and easy to walk to train/tube and main districts. Had an issue when leaving with taxi not arriving and the reception staff came all the way down and flagged down a taxi for us. Very deserving 5 stars!

Our first impression of the lobby was impressive. The hotel is situated on floors 25 to 34 of Shiodome Media Tower so all rooms have a view. Our room had everything you’d need, was spotlessly clean and was fairly compact. Our only slight gripe was that the decor was fairly bland and reminded us of a Holiday Inn Express room rather than a 4 star hotel which describes itself as a hotel in an art gallery ! Our room did have a window seat and it was lovely sitting there and looking down, unless of course you are scared of heights. There is free coffee available for hotel guests in the lobby which is very nice. It also appears that the hotel has a guest launderette, but we did not find this out until our last day there. The quality of the food for breakfast is very nice, luckily ours was included in the price we paid - we think the price you would be charged separately was quite high.

We stayed at the Park Hotel Tokyo for 4 nights last month on our first trip to Japan. We loved it, it felt like home base. We sprung for a corner room facing the city and were rewarded with several views of Fuji-san. The room was a bit small but we only slept in it. It had everything we needed. The lobby was a great place to have a cup of coffee or a drink at the bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made a reservation on our last night at a wonderful sushi restaurant. We didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the subway, it gave us a chance to walk after taking subway rides. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this sophisticated hotel with rotating art. Our room was hand-painted by one of the artists in residence which made it unique and memorable. It was a little on the small side by American standards but reasonable for Tokyo with all the amenities you need: fridge, hot water for tea or instant coffee, air purifier, safe, slippers, robes. Only drawback is it’s a significant walk to the main metro station (Shimbashi). While the hotel is right at the metro stop for the blue line, we only used that line once in 5 days.

This hotel was booked as part of our cruise package by our travel agent whilst we had a 4 day stay in Tokyo before boarding our ship. The hotel accommodation was excellent in terms of location as we were within easy walking distance to the metro and plenty of restaurants. Our room was very comfortable, staff were friendly and overall we had a lovely stay.

I stayed at the park hotel for 4 nights in October 2023. It is a very good choice for a very nice hotel that is reasonably priced. Location is good it is on the upper floors of an office building we great views from the lobby and from our room. Room was good sized with a good sized bathroom. Compared to other hotels in Tokyo it was a good price. It is about a 5 minute walk from a major train station, directly around the hotel are office buildings. It is about a 15 minute walk from the main part of Ginza with many restaurants and stores. Hotel was very clean and modern and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

On arrival at the hotel, I couldn't quite believe that we could see Mount Fuji in our first day in Japan!! The views from reception and hotel room were amazing. I thought the hotel was brilliant and had everything we needed. Great room size, comfy bed, great breakfast, fab location.

The Park Hotel Lobby, located on the 25th floor, is beautifully decorated and the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room was small (VERY SMALL), but since I was only spending one night, it was fine for just an overnight sleep. My stay included a full American breakfast in the nice lobby restaurant, which was very good, or there was a buffet option. The hotel is located adjacent to an underground mall area, which had many food options. My only difficulty was waiting for a taxi to pick me up after my stay; the front desk said they’d call for one, but it was probably 20-25 minutes before I finally flagged one down myself.

The positive: hotel is close to subway station and an easy subway ride from HND airport, however the hotel is in the middle of a large office complex. You need to walk 10-15 minutes go get to the area where there are shops and restaurants (and a large red-light area). Negative: Our room was very small and plain with two single beds. I asked for a room with a large bed and was told none were available. In such a large hotel I am not sure how they did not have a room with a large bed. Front desk service was inconsistent. Sometimes we were treated with a smile other times we received poor service. We were on the 28 floor and I could see and hear the subway. There is nothing special or exciting about this average business hotel. The room was however very clean. The hotel's location, in my opinion, is not great for tourists. Hotel charged Y4,000 per person for breakfast which we skipped.

This hotel was our first stop on arrival in Tokyo. The welcome was warm, and the room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The Hotel’s two restaurants are a bit overpriced, even by Tokyo standards—so explore the numerous outside dining options. The breakfast was quite nice and they make an exceptional omelet! The hotel is conveniently located above a metro stop and steps from the busy Shimbashi Station which serves multiple routes. Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to Tokyo!
