Great location with lots of public transport (subway and trains) and walking distance of Ginza (trendy and expensive) and the fish market.
Located on 25+ floor so great views.
Rooms comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Tiny gym.
Stayed for 3 nights in July, we found the staff very helpful and friendly towards us, the breakfast choice was extremely varied both for locals and overseas visitors and the restaurant service and food was exemplary although a little pricey it was well worth it....More
We enjoyed our start very much. The art expo concept of the hotel makes it different and interesting. Great location in Tokyo. Attentive staff and good quality in food and rooms. Our only suggestion would be to extend the lobby cafe and/or room service hours...More
The staff in this hotel are exceptionally helpful and delightful. My room, while small (but not by Japanese standards), is very comfortable, and the bed and pillows are really good.
Breakfast has a lot of variety, and there is plenty to eat.

Perfectly located just 5 minute walk from Shiadome Station for the monorail and metro lines, and Shimbashi for normal rail and Narita Express- 2 stops from Tokyo Station. Fast wifi, very friendly staff most who speak English. Art on display everywhere. Hotel starts on 25th...More
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much
older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

We didn’t take any but if you look under Room/suites (Traveler photos) the fourth one in taken by CodyDC is a good view of our room. Bed, nightstands and coffee area on one side; long desk on opposite wall and chair/table by window. It wasn’t huge but roomy enough that we were comfortable. And we had two suitcases each plus backpacks because we were at the end of a month-long trip. Hope that helps!

Not sure if the hotel has that service. We took a taxi from that terminal exactly to the hotel. Paid about $120 USD for a 40 min ride. There is a cheaper way by train (we had one too many suitcase) and were obligated to take a taxi. On our way out though we did buy a shuttle ticket ($30 ea. aprox) from the hotel to the Narita airport which is much further (1:20 hr). I would call the hotel to ask and try to buy a shuttle service from the cruise terminal if they offer it. Super nice hotel and helpful staff!! Good travels!!
