Shinbashi Shiodome, Odaiba
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

Stayed in Shiba Park Hotel at Tokyo. Excellent service staff were very helpful and eager to solve any problem. Hotel is well located for all tours and close to stations. Stayed with my wife for 2 nights, will stay again as and when we visit Tokyo.

We had rooms in the Annex building and the rooms were clean and well furnished. The only thing visitors should be aware of especially if you are a couple, is that a Twin room comes with two single beds which cannot be joint together and the Double room comes with one double bed.

Clearing customs. We travel with only carry on. No waiting for checked luggage. We cleared passport control and luggage check within 15 minutes but there was a walk from plane to customs. Travel from Haneda. We traveled only by public transportation throughout Japan. There is monorail from Haneda into Tokyo and stops at Shinoda subway station which we used. There are also buses and taxis. Taxis are expensive like U.K. Monorail cost is also included if you have J rail pass which you have to activate at Haneda. No idea about uber. If you use large luggage get a taxi at shinoda station. Subway and trains run till about 1am I think. You will likely need to walk a ways as I do not recall a station close to Hotel. So taxi might be only choice then. Check on line and you tube. Huge amount of information. Incredible interesting country and society in so many ways.

you can email the hotel to find out their policies; the shiba park buffet was better than most. great croissants! you can get surprisingly good food at the 7 11's in japan. we liked to sit down for breakfast so didn't take advantage of the convenience store food until later in the day.

I think Dan1349 means Shibakoen, not Shibuya Station, but look on the hotel's website. Click on 'location' and it shows you the nearest three stations. Click on those and it gives you exact directions to the hotel, including which exit to use from each station.

how can I book a bus limouisine from Narita to the hotel and how much is it?
Hello, you can book the Airport limousine bus directly at Narita airport. A round trip will cost you less. In Canada we could have also booked it through a travel agent that deals with Japan flights. We opted to book directly at Narita because we wanted to make sure that our flight arrived on time. Keep in mind that if you miss the last scheduled time the bus leaves for Shiba Park you can take it to the nearest hotel, which for us was the The Prince Park Hotel. Check their scheduled times. We then walked but my son had rented a wifi data box and he Googled mapped the directions. It took less then 15 minutes to find Shiba Park and that was with stopping and checking our directions. You could also taxi, it would cost around 600 yen.
