This place offers the best urban stay experice of Tokyo. It is in the middle of Roppngi/Nishiazabu area. The service here is nothing less than perfect. You may think hospitality is good in general in Tokyo, but it is exceptional here. In addition, the ambience created both by the hotel and the visitors makes this hotel so special. Movie stars...

Grand hyatt was the best choice we made for Tokyo, located on the high street with all the night life and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The bars and the restaurants are the best in the hotel itself. Maduro bar is a must visit. The rooms are very modern and loads of automation. Loved the automated toilets !....

We love traveling, it was the first time for us to explore Tokyo and we both just fell in love so mich with the city. The Grand Hyatt was the perfect choice! I have never seen so many professional employees in one place. They are amazing and so polite! Very helpful all the time with great food and restaurant recommendations....

Great service and attention to detail of my personal preferences. Part of Roppongi Hills very convenient when working around the area, also direct access to the shopping mall and restaurants, well connected through bus shuttle to the airports.

Highly courteous yet engaging staff. Room was ready despite a 11am arrival which is music to the ears of a jet lagged traveler. Room is impeccable, excellently maintained and practical yet elegant. Great amenities. Breakfast is supreme as almost everywhere in Japan people focus on quality not quantity. Impressive but of course expensive

This was my first trip to Tokyo, and the Grand Hyatt Roppongi didn't disappoint. The entire staff was cordial and extremely helpful. The rooms were ample and well appointed. I very much like the multiple dining options which were all excellent with in the hotel. I would absolutely stay there again!

Comfortable, convenient, great service, and the most fun location in Tokyo. The hotel is an excellent business hotel. That said the facilities, restaurant, are good, but not great. Enjoy the area for dinner and if you can visit the original Nobu while in Tokyo. All this said I miss the Okura!
