Even though I love living in Japan, once in awhile it is good to get a taste of America, my home country. For those who are in the military or retired from the military, this is a place you can enjoy. The price of the rooms are reasonable, although often you have to make a reservation a long time in...

My husband retired from the military so we are eligible to stay at this hotel. This hotel is in a great location to see sights of Tokyo and also to visit Tokyo Disney because there's a metro station nearby. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff were super friendly. You can't beat the price for the location. Hope to be back...

Stayed at The New Sanno, and what an outstanding experience. From check in to check out everything was superb. I would recommend this hotel as your go to location for your stay in Tokyo. I will visit again and again, the service, location, and affordability cannot be matched. Loved it!

I stay at the New Sanno monthly on business. If you want to experience the many sites of Tokyo, this is a great location to do it from. The rooms are average compared to most hotels in the Unites States. There is a small BX/shoppette on the site which is very convenient. The pool and gym are okay. The coffee...

I took my husband here for his birthday. We really enjoyed our quick and kind room service staff. The food was delicious. We've stayed here several times. It is located in a great location. We enjoyed walking (several miles) and observing the different sights. Tip- Our trip was Sunday- Tuesday. The really nice restaurants were not open during our stay....

This hotel is hands down awesome. This hotel is only available to military so if you're looking to totally get away from it all and submerge yourself in the "Tokyo experience" you should probably stay someplace else (but, before you do SERIOUSLY consider the value and service this place provides, which is A+). The New Sanno is in a great...

Can not beat this place. Always clean rooms with curtious staff. Had a sick child with water in hisear one night and they went out and got medicine for us. Staff really does go above and beyond on a daily basis. right around the corner from Hiro-o train station (no elvator/escalator access so be aware with strollers). always discover something...

We stayed at the New Sanno on several occasions over 2 years and enjoyed every experience. Reservations are limited so be sure to book far in advance, but the hotel is great, the pool is great and the location is great. We based most of our Tokyo exploring out of the New Sanno because it was nice and had free...

If you have the means I highly recommend it. More room, comfort, and services than you'll find anywhere else in Tokyo for the price. They have excellent Wifi, a pool, restaurants, shops, and very helpful staff. Easy access to the metro and located plenty of quality restaurants.
