My family (four of us) stayed here for two nights toward the end of an around-the-world trip. Each of us had one little room and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were state of the art, the wifi is strong and the A/C was great. We felt so welcome in this neighborhood hotel. It was just a... More

It is close to Keikyu Zoushiki Station, yet the way to the hotel is not that simple, as the hotel is located on the alley, a very narrow road. The map the hotel has prepared is a real help, and it is strongly advised that you take it with you. Also note that only local trains stop at Keikyu Zoushiki... More

Stayed here with my partner after arriving at Haneda airport late in the evening. The place is easy to get to by train and we didn't have any problems finding the place. The owner couple is adorable, offered to pick us up from the train station etc., and the rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit a bit old. This is... More

The only real problems I have with this hotel are the signage and the elevator. 1. This hotel is located in an alleyway that branches off of the main "shopping arcade". It is not obvious that it is there unless you know enough Japanese to read the sign attached to a power or telephone pole pointing at where you need... More

Staying in Haneda / Kamata

Neighbourhood Profile
Haneda / Kamata
Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.
