Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good location, nice and clean room but absolutely soulless. I will not stay again simply because of check in and check out by machine. I like dealing with people. Plenty of other hotels to choose from nearby that are still conveniently located close to the airport.

Really good and strategic location close to terminal 3 Haneda Airport. You can take the JR train from the airport and then head to Tenkūbashi station. Just follow the information board, walking around 3 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is well organized, delicate with designated decoration and layout. The basic facilities are available inside. Free breakfast is ready for you in the morning. You can enjoy the simple meal by watching the airplanes from the airport. Not too many restaurants close to this hotel and Family Mart next to the hotel is an option to fulfill your stomach anytime. Enjoy and have fun here.

Check in was a problem as our Japanese is non existent and the reception staff had a minimal knowledge of English. The room was of good size and clean, located on the 9th floor overlooking the river to the right and the airport and harbour to the left. Although close to the airport noise was minimal and not a problem. The hotel only serves what they call a breakfast, it is pathetic consisting of either a very small portion of runny yogurt with a drip of strawberry jam or a small bowl of salad, a small bowl of tasteless, oily soup with a couple of pieces of pasta, and 1 slice of white toast with a sachet of cheap runny margarine and a sachet of strawberry jam, tea or coffee, no juice! Not enough to sustain a small child for an hour let alone an adult. The person serving the breakfast is the only rude man we have encountered in our month in Japan. There is a very good restaurant at the Mystays hotel about 150 yards away. While the hotel is close to the airport and offers a first come shuttle service to the airport I would not stay here again.

After a busy week in Japan, we had off on a Friday and spent the day in Tokyo and arrived at this hotel in the evening, before our flight back the next day. Check-In was uncomplicated, if you're lucky you have a room in the upper floors overlooking the airport (I didn't). The WiFi is unique to the room. The breakfast was pretty much stripped down.

The Keikyu Ex Haneda was comfortable and easily accessed by train from the airport. It can also be accessed by the Monorail. Check in is done at a screen but hotel staff are present at reception. Bed was very comfortable..room clean. Lots of bathroom amenities available. Only downside is the breakfast which consists of a slice of toast a spoonfull of egg and a very small soup. We headed to the Family Mart on the corner to complete our breakfast. Shuttle back to Haneda was great. Overall a good choice for a stopover..but DON'T RELY ON THE BREAKFAST.

Due to the super long queue to clear customs, it was past 1am. I was disappointed that the hotel reception was unable to help book a taxi on behalf. Room wise, the size is alright for a single person one night stay. Although there are shampoo, conditioner and body wash, there are no toiletries provided. Breakfast is a light one, may not be sufficient for a typical male appetite. I hope they can consider removing the rugs outside the lifts though, makes moving the luggage info the lift inconvenient.

Clean, spacious , convenient location Very closed to the Haneda ,only one stop by train and you can walk to there only 20 minutes. I’ve stayed at A semi-dabble room for single use. I chose type A room which is not sure how different between A and B. The room was very specious camper with similar type of other hotels in Tokyo. A bed mattress is very comfortable and can sleep very well . A room has an air conditioning and an air purifier which they worked very well . There’s not a safe box in this type of room. Room amenities were available for basic stuff, such as toothbrush, shampoo and so on. You can buy small set of face cream, face toner at the reception. Some free drinks is good and there’s vending machine . I didn’t get any noises problems during stay. Coined Landry is working well and you can see a progress and availability from your room . There is local shopping area only 5 minutes away and there are Restraints , shops, post office and so one. Only problem is breakfast, which is strange and looks like a school meal. And the service is closed at 9:30 , which is very early time. Hope they gonna change soon this services. Otherwise I’m very satisfied saying this hotel.

Our first stay at a Japanese hotel. Enjoyed our stay. We had three adults and a child in our party, room is small but adequate. We would stay again. We paid extra for the breakfast and don't regret our choice.

Stayed here for one night before catching my early morning flight back to the UK from the International terminal. I found this hotel to be clean and modern. My single room was compact but comfortable and well equipped. A simple little breakfast was included in the price. There is no bar or restaurant but drinks machines and sitting areas are available. Shuttle bus runs in the morning to the airport free of charge, however you can also access on the Tokyo monorail line. It is only 1 stop to the International terminal.
