the hotel room is in a good size with all amenities especially the coffee machine at Nespresso Brand. the location is near by all grocery stores, all restaurants, a mall with good selections for all shopping brand. the train station is very convenient to be walkable less than 5 minutes to Keikyu Line-Omorikaigan Station or about 10 minutes to JR Line - Omori Station which are all easy access between Tokyo City and the Haneda Airport.

Stayed as part of a tour group starting point hotel.
Hotel is lovely and clean with great amenities.
Nice breakfast with few western options.
Train station directly opposite and supermarket and good selection of restaurants not far along same street.
Family mart & 7/11 both within walking distance.

This hotel is new and it shows. It was super clean, with a fantastic bed and a really fabulous duvet, great water pressure, and really nice shampoo, conditioner and body oil. The room was spacious even by North American standards, and had free tea, coffee and bottled water, all of which were really welcome after a long flight with 20 teenagers. The breakfast spread was huge, varied and high quality. Picky Canadian teenagers ate well, as did their teachers, who have lived in Asia and love local food. Service was great, especially at breakfast, where they managed to keep a packed room moving and clean. While the hotel is right next to a metro station, it took nearly an hour to get from the hotel to the Pokemon center. Because we were on a tour, it was perfect for what we needed.

This was one of the best hotels that we stayed in during a Japanese tour. The rooms were large with 2 doubled beds and all the necessary facilities. Our room was on the 11th floor with a good view towards the horse race track. The front desk staff were very helpful with any information that they could give. The breakfast room was very large and catered for all nationalities, with cereal which is good for me.
There is large shopping centre,Ito-Yokado Omori store, about 10 mins walk. As this was towards the end of our tour we were looking for some western type food and found the Royal Host Restaurant( like Denny's in USA)about 5 mins walk away. There serviced all types of very good food with a good desert range as well. Cost was very reasonable.

Stayed here two nights as part of tour. Would not book this personally as far from the central areas and require train changes. Station is located close by, reached by overhead bridge with lift access. Room is good size for Japan, breakfast included was ok. Room was clean and reception staff knew English.

Bad breakfast, inexperienced and bad customer service from front desk staff named Seki.
I don’t know if it is this hotel only or all hotels in Japan. We misplaced an access card and she asked for $10 to to replace it.
I own a hotel belonged to Choice Hotels Group in the U.S. Our guests lost access cards all the time. It costs us pennies for these cards. We never changed guests for losing access cards. Some hotels in the world don’t even ask guests to return access cards.
This hotel will need train its staff or will not do well in this hospitality business.

This hotel was very nice inside and had a good breakfast selection including Western food. The hotel is across the road from the train station which is very easy to access. There are plenty of places to eat if you walk a little way up from the train station but be prepared for smoking in the restaurants as this is a given. Ended up in a little bar called PUB which had great noodles. The staff were lovely and friendly. The second night also went to another restaurant not far from the train station and this was also very good and the waiter was terrific. There is not a great deal of shopping in this area but it was a good location to stay. Also a supermarket was next to the hotel so you could get anything you needed.

Stayed as part of a large trip-a-deal group. The room was on 12 floor facing the street. As usual the room was a bit on the small side from a US/Aus perspectives but massive by typical Japanese scale. Excellent facilities and of course the bathroom and centrepiece toilet up to the usual high tech standards.

Breakfast was a great selection even for the most fussy of western tastes. Good range of hot and cold offerings.

Tip for travellers is if you wish to use a JR pass you will need to head over to Omori station about 500m beyond the nearby Ōmorikaigan station. No big deal as JR can take you all over the city to all the destinations. Expect to walk anyway.

The location, staff and accommodation are all excellent. The hotel is across the street from Omori Kaikan? train station, and a short train ride to Haneda airport.
This station also has very easy access Yokohama as well as Shinagawa and other stations.
My room was just big enough for one person; it might have been a little crowded for two persons with a lot of luggage.
There is a convenience store next to the hotel, as well as a shopping mall and other restaurants a few blocks away.
They will keep your luggage for free for as long as you need it if you have a late flight after check-out.

Can hotel assist to arrange transport to Narita Airport?
Answer from Kevin_bardy
Suita, Japan16 contributions
I think the hotel don't have own shuttle bus to go Narita air port. But you can ride Keikyu at a near station(Omori kaigan station).Keikyu is connected to Narita Airport. So hotel staff will advise you how to go to Narita Airport using Keikyu.
