First time staying in Tokyo, couple from UK. Hotel staff were very helpful, let us check in early due to traveling for nearly 24 hours and needing sleep. We had a non smoking double room. Room was on the small side but that's Tokyo. Was clean, bathroom was well equipped, air con was fantastic. Breakfast isn't included but is well...

- I know the room will be small but I was not expecting that I cannot move freely inside the room once I opened my luggage. - Room 503 has a very poor view: facing building 3 meters away from where we are. + Room cleaned + Free luggage storage at the reception + Well located. 10 min by foot...

If you know a place is tiny when you book it, don't give it a bad rating because it is small! It is what it is, a small yet clean hotel with a comfortable bed. The location is great, only 5 minutes walk from some of the best sushi in the world.

stayed in 2 rooms on the 4th floor, & things were generally okay. felt like a typical business hotel for travelling men. really small room, dated furniture, but altogether still clean & things were working. wifi was either really slow, or otherwise not working at all. if you manage to get super hotel (just across) for the same rate, definitely...

The location was great - walking distance from Shinjuku station and with tonnes of choices for eating and drinking nearby. Staff spoke English very well and were helpful. Room was very small (although I think normal by Tokyo standards). Comfortable (but small) bed. Wifi was painfully slow. Our room had a strange constant whistling sound which we think we're the...

Very comfortable bed and room size okay for Tokyo. Hotel is in a really interesting area, close to Golden Gai and lots of food nearby. Convenient 10 mins walk to Okubo on Yamanote line. Staff super friendly and excellent English. Room was dated but very clean and great value.

Clean and located on a quiet street within the colorful and rowdy Shinjuku district. Enjoyed a quiet and restful sleep here after a late night exploring the streets of this neighborhood with a reputation....

We stayed for 5 days, our room was on the 6th floor, the things that we didn't like was the slow Wi-Fi and sometimes it's a bit loud during cleaning hours. Location is within walking distance to shinjuku station and is very happening nearby. If you prefer nightlife/clubs, this hotel is a good choice for you.

Pleasant stayed here for very first 5-day trip to Tokyo. Location: The location is just excellent for the shoppers as it is located nearby to the shopping centres and tones of nice restaurants. Don't miss the "Godzilla" Building- The Toho Mall is also has the Grand Opening on 17 April 2015 which is just 5 mins away from the Hotel....

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
