We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is right next door to subway exit. Staff were friendly and room service was good. Two bottles of free water per day. Yes room was a bit small but understandable in a city like Tokyo. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice, super clean and comfortable hotel. Reasonable price. Rooms are very compact - quire small but just ok. Hotel is near Shinjuku's shops and shoping centers as well as the huge metro/train station from where you can easily get everywhere in Tokyo. There is also a metro station just next to the hotel. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby,...

I am sure there are better hotels out there however this wasn't to bad, it was good location next to the higashi Shinjuku station but it would be more convenient to stay next to Shinjuku station. The hotel was very clean and small. It did not offer breakfast or have an onsen. The staff were friendly and English was good...

Dear Ms. Inke Monica, Thank you very much for taking your time to give us your feedbacks on every single website that you could find so far. First of all, we believe that we did it right, not allowing 4 of you to stay in the room together as your confirmation letter and our reservation system were showing that you...

Very good location, mtr exit right next to the hotel, and there is a convenience store downstair. Room size is very small, but this is so common in Tokyo. One point need to consider - sometimes it will be nosiy at mid-night time as you will keep hearing ambulance passing by.

Like the majority of Japanese hotels, this one was compact and clean. For two people, it was a bit of a tight squeeze at times, but i have come to expect this in Tokyo. I cannot fault the hotel, it felt like it was a relatively new hotel and there was a connection to the subway system next door (very...

miniscule room even by Tokyo standards. amazingly located on the doorstep to the Metro/Oedo line and approx. an hour twenty from Narita. Bed comfortable and bathroom tiny but functional. Room and hotel in general clean and relatively modern. Raft of restaurants across the road and downstairs. Lawson and Tullys underneath with 7-11 and it's international ATM at across the road....

We stayed here for three nights as a family of four, two double rooms. Hotel is clean, modern, safe. Rooms are small and the bathroom may remind you of an airplane toilet, but unless you pay serious money you will have a similar experience all over Tokyo. To get to the bustling nightlife of SHinjuku you will need to walk...

This hotel is modern and has all you need, however the rooms are extremely small and we struggled to fit 2 suitcases in a double room! Was nice that we had a non smoking room and could not smell smoke

Despite the small and unfriendly size of the rooms, there is a female Japanese clerk who speaks English very well and seem to think is able to bully her clients. When asked questions about restaurant booking and transportation, not only will they charge 100¥ for a simple phone call, she dismissed all our inquiries about some tourist spots in the...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighbourhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
