We checked in on our first night of arriving in Tokyo and after flying all day we were looking forward to getting to our room and unwinding. We traveled from Narita on the Narita Express to Shinjuku and it was a quick and easy walk from the station to the hotel. Upon check in I

This was a fabulous hotel. Minutes from the train station. Shopping/eateries everywhere. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Shinjuku area. Very clean hotel and the staff was very polite!

We stayed here for our last night in Tokyo. The room had a good view, despite the window being very dirty. But we couldn’t control the temperature. Our room was 26C the heat wasn’t even on. It had just been a warm day in Tokyo so the room was warm. They turn the entire air

There was one person who made the whole experience relatively tolerable. The rest of the staff, particularly the concierge service, was not accommodating at all and went completely against the idea of a concierge. As someone who has been to Japan numerous times for business, the

Best to walk on street level. Shinjuku is a bit complicated so I suggest you use GPS once you get to Shinjuku. You most likely get off Airport Limousine at front of Keio Department store. Shinjuku Prince Hotel is next to Seibu Railway Station which is 10mins walk from Shinjuku main satiation.

You can go by bus or train. Bus terminal is in walking distance and train station is also very close. You can check with hotel concierge for more detail.
