Take underground path all way down to the hotel from the station. Even though it's rain, yoou won't get wet. The room is clean and has enough space. Breakfast isn't great, but good enough. I will stay there again.
Took a double room with loft bed for two of us. Small, but very Japan standards.
Everything was clean and facilities we needed were in place, and that was more than enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Small but clean rooms with many convenient features. Great breakfast. Choose your own pillow, easy wifi, usb charging point, 5mins walk to metro, lots of restaurants and shops nearby including the magnificent Tobu.
Ard 10 mins walk from Ikebukuro station, take exit C6 for escalator, freebies for ladies, staff is very professional n provide good service, good breakfast with decent spread.
