Our large party (21 including 10 children!) have recently returned from Clanville Manor where we spent a truly fantastic week. We also rented the Tallet, the cottage next to Clanville (as well as the bungalow down the lane, but I didn't see that!). The Manor house was superb - it housed three couples and 7 children and there was plenty...

We had the most wonderful time in the Tallet Holliday Cottage of Clanville Manor. Sally and Rob are fantastic hosts and do everything to make their guests feel home and welcome. The Tallet Holliday Cottage is a great self-catering place with absolutely everything you can dream of. The beds are fantastic! It has a huge garden! It has all the...

Thank you Todd, for your kind review of The Tallet cottage. It was great to meet you and I hope you will return in the future. As you say, breakfasts are available to order for guests in the Tallet when the B&B is open.

Stay here! It's brilliant! Sally is wonderful, the house is full of charm and very very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the grounds are lovely. We took the place over for our wedding weekend, and Sally made it such an amazing place to have as our base. A little haven from the pandemonium of a wedding! My wife (!)...

This is by far the best B&B I've ever stayed at and must surely be the best B&B in Somerset. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome to the beautiful antique furniture and from the idyllic location to the wonderful breakfast. And most important of all - the room was extremely quiet and the bed incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much, Cinderella1301! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay here at Clanville Manor whilst it is a B&B. We shall continue to offer B&B outside the school holidays but will let the whole house for self-catering stays in 2013 for Easter, the May Bank Holidays and from 24th May until mid September.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Clanville Manor is the original farmhouse on a working farm in a beautiful part of Somerset. The house has lots of character, our room was lovely with a VERY comfortable 4 poster bed and the breakfasts superb. Sally is a very charming and hospitable hostess. If all B&B's...

Thank you very much for your review of our B&B. I was glad to host your special short break. I hope we may see you again-perhaps for a family get together in Clanville Manor Farmhouse self-catering? The pool is warm now and we are set for a bit of good weather in August!

Many thanks for your review. We try to give guests what we would like in a B&B. Can't qualify as an hotel as we don't provide meals other than breakfast-and afternoon tea on afternoon arrival!
