Very friendly and nice place to stay in the mountains. The views are sublime and the staff/owners very helpful. We where there during summer with two kids. We arrived late in evening/night and got a code to access and directions to the key. Next day got help to guidance to perfect hike in the area with two kids. Breakfast (not... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Le Caprice des Neiges. Our room was comfortable with beautiful views. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. The dining room is situated with stunning views. We also enjoyed the swimming pool after a few hours of walking.

Stayed here as part of an Alps cycle trip (August 2015). Rooms are basic however mattress was a bit thin. Views from restaurant are outstanding. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was very good.

What a great hotel with very friendly staff. It is a family run business and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. We stayed their for a cycling event in Les Saisies with three guys. We had one three-person room which was a bit on the small side but the views really made up for... More

This is a beautiful little hotel with very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a stunning dining room overlooking the mountains to the rear. The food was excellent. A great choice of hotel. It was also great value for money. I didn't know this when I booked but the restaurant is very well regarded and full during high season so be... More

Stayed here before a cycle event in Les Saisies. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was great. I never managed to eat in the restaurant in terms of dinner but the menu did look appealing. Breakfast I did manage and that was superb. The views from the dining room are amazing! I will definitely look to rebook... More

Stayed here with my two children and partner, we had a room which had three single beds, and a set of bunk beds. A private bathroom and balcony. The room was spotless absolutely no complaints, the bathroom was huge, the room was cosy just enough room for the beds, but this was just a stop over for us. A bed... More

Great place to unwide and relax. Owners are nice. Room is nice, mattress is ok, bathroom is clean, view from room is spectacular. Restaurant is expensive, 11€ for breakfast, and dinner is very fancy, not for everyone. I recommend this hofel

This is an excellent hotel with a friendly atmosphere and ideally-placed opposite a lift on the edge of Crest Voland in the Ski Diamant area. The hotel is well-run by excellent staff who were pleasant, efficient and helpful. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the restaurant was very good in the evenings. The bar area was slightly uncomfortable... More

While the room and bathroom were quite compact, it was still comfortable. Host/Hostess very accommodating. Dinner in restaurant wonderful, although somewhat expensive. Breakfast was a bust as we arrived toward the end of service and it was horribly picked over and nothing else was offered. I could easily see where this hotel would be bursting at the seams during ski... More

“We liked our room on the front side of the hotel, but it was not busy season, so it was relatively quiet. However, I could see where noise could be a big issue during peak season due to numerous comings/goings of guests.”
