We were instantly made to feel at home here. Caroline wasn't here for the first night, but she'd ensured we were really well looked after and we wanted for nothing. Our room was splendid, with everything we needed and lots more, from a completely want-for-nothing bathroom, to plenty of ideas for places to visit and things to do. Breakfast was...

We wanted a long weekend to relax and walk our two lively spaniels. Caroline provided the perfect place to stay. Sensible dog rules ensure that all guests are happy. jelly Bean, the resident terrier is delightfully friendly to humans and dogs alike and even went for an evening walk with our two! The rooms are spacious and well stocked with...

Thanks a lot. It was fun to share the excitement of Wimbledon finals with you and Jelly Bean enjoyed the doggy company too. Good job we have a good hose for when they all came back caked in mud! I shall look forward to seeing you again caroline

I was working at a nearby venue until late. Caroline was very accommodating and very professional and personable. The house has a lovely character, yet doesn't feel 'creaky'. The room was comfortable, very clean and the bathroom was bigger than my own. If I ever have to stay nearby, or even further out within a reasonable distance, I would gladly...

This was a perfect place to stay. The rooms are of a good size, ours had a large kingsized bed which was extremely comfortable, also a well stocked hospitality tray and toiletries in the bathroom. Our friends room was equally as good. Breakfast is served around a large dining table where you can chat with other guests I find this...

Caroline made us extremely welcome. The house is delightfully furnished and comfortable. Nice tray in the room for tea etc, and good 'smelly' things to use in the bathroom. The dog,(Jellybean) is special. The food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. There were lots of leaflets for places to visit, and Caroline gave us some useful tips too. Thoroughly to be...

This is a very good B&B with quiet and comfortable rooms, especially at the back of the house. The breakfasts set you up for the day and are served to all guests at a long table which fosters discussions between guests. Caroline is a mine of useful information on places to visit, and restaurants/pubs to visit, and provides guests with...

And another B&B owner. It is pleasing to think that I am doing it right as far as other professionals in the trade are concerned. Thanks a lot for taking the time to review.

This is an outstanding B&B in every way, and we've stayed in many, as well as running our own in the past. The owner, Caroline Anderson, is a thoughtful and friendly hostess, with plenty of useful local knowledge. The house is full of character, and Caroline has furnished it beautifully. The very spacious guests' lounge and dining room, as well...

I recently spent 2 nights at this totally delightful B&B near Ross-on-Wye.
