Dear guest, Thank you for your comment. We regret the inconvenients during your stay. The rule of mandatory use of cap in indoor pools is determined by the Sanitary Regulations for public swimming pools in Catalonia. We take note about your comments about the distribution of the front area and the mattresses, don’t worry we’ll take it in consideration as...

more like a 3-star and not more than an average one in US terms. Room is nice, spacious, but almost spartan in what offers. so-so beds. TV with not even one real English speaking channel (Disney and Discovery with some Eng and some Spanish programs, all the rest only Spanish). Room has some tiny kitchennette with micro, but nothing to...

Dear Roy, Thank you very much for your review. I'm sorry that our Hotel doesn't achieve your expectations. I will pass to the property the suggestions about Enghlish channels and kettles in rooms or at least get them from Reception. About the Mini Club, we open it when we have a minimum of children at the Hotel. The WIFI is...

We spent 7 nights in this hotel at the end of July 2015. We booked through the Belgian travel agency Neckermann and the quality/price ratio was excellent. La Molina sky station is really near to the hotel and it is possible to practice some outdoor activities during the summer. However, the hotel and the surroundings are mainly conceived for the...

Stayed here for late season ski, nice size rooms and friendly efficient staff and perfect location if you are here to ski (why else). We arrived late so had to go straight into the dining room, set menu for 22 euros was awful, prob one of the worse meals I've had in Spain and a shame because the breakfast was...

It looks nice and commands a great location, but... ...the shower unavoidably turns the bathroom into a wetroom, the air-con has a life of its own, the plug in the sink didn't work, the electrical socket came away from the wall when a plug was removed, another socket was just dead. The free wifi kept dropping out in the (sixth...

We went to La Molina for our ski holidays. The hotel is close to the ski facilities, you have plenty of places for equipment rental and for classes around the hotel, and the lockers for your equipment are very good. The rooms are very big, in very good condition, and very clean. The hotel facilities are very nice, and they...

We spent 5 nights in La Molina and overall were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is well located, very near the slopes, 200 meters max from the ticket booth and the ski lift.
