We stayed at the weekend for my graduation at Edgehill Uni, the hosts were very helpful, lovely and available to assist. The (family) room was very clean and well arranged, the bathroom was pristine. Wonderful stay!

Staying for the second time it was a treat to again have a good size clean room with a fabulous comfortable bed. Breakfast was big and delicious and set me up for the day. The hosts are welcoming, warm and helpful.

We returned again at the end of September and were not disappointed. Just as comfortable as last year and the breakfast was so good (again). In the quiet Lancashire countryside with Liverpool only half an hours train ride away. Made to feel so welcome.

We arrived late on Friday evening after a long journey up from the South and were warmly welcomed upon arrival, given beers and wine and made to feel extremely welcome. I booked Brookfarm B & B for my aunt and our very close family friend (both in their 70's). From the first contact with Lorraine, we couldn't have had any more help or she couldn't have been any more accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, my aunt said she has never tasted scrambled eggs so good. Marty and Lorraine went out...

What a great place, we had just 2 days with Marty and Lorraine whilst visiting our daughter at close by Edge Hill university. We really wished it could have even longer with these warm and friendly people. We were made to feel welcome right from the outset. The house, room and the whole atmosphere is of a traditional environment with...
