Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just back from Red Kite Touring Park as i was the lucky winner of one of the giveaways on another FB site. What an amazing 10 days we had in Wales. Red Kite is just stunning. Excellent customer service, pitches and facilities. Stunning views and local attractions. The dog walk on site is the best we have encountered. They even have their own dog pond for swimming and cooling down in the hot weather. A grooming standard dog wash is available for that after swim pampering. For us humans showers & toilets are incredibly clean and plenty of hot water. Never had to wait as there are plenty available. Fishing lake is also available for those that want that. Popular area for hiking too. We were on a premium pitch which was massive some have views over the site and vally below. All pitches were immaculate although you do need rock pegs which we had anyway. Local town is walking distance 1 mile with everything you could need.Pubs, resturants and takeaways. Small supermarkets and a few very lovely indepentant shops. We travelled the coast road to St.Davids one day and visited friends in Abergavenny as we have not explored Wales before but the site itself is so lovely we just relaxed and stayed there most of the time. Wonderful break away and will definately return.

Absolutely beautiful scenery and lovely walks in and around this site. Facilities are top notch, spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Love the fully serviced large pitch so generous you don’t feel like your ontop of each other. Lovely and peaceful. The site is well looked after. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly and are happy to go that extra mile. Our first visit to Wales couldn’t have been any better. Will definitely be back. I just wish we had this site closer to us. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Just arrived home after 12 days at this wonderful site. The amenities are second to none. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Views are beautiful and the site itself is immaculate. Our two Labradors were in heaven as at the end of their walk they got to play in the dog friendly pond. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend 😊

We have just returned from a 5 night stay meeting up with friends in their camper from Ireland. We have no complaints at all about the site and facilities all of which were excellent. One disappointment was that 2 friends (in their 70's joined us one evening) We had a beef casserole cooking ready to eat later in the evening but when they arrived we were told they would need to leave by 8.00pm and were charged £5.00. Given the no noise policy after 10.00pm this seemed early and there is no mention of a charge and protocol for visitors in the brochure given to us on arrival. £5.00 charge OK to use facilities but may be worth adding this to your brochure in the future and the time they would need to leave. Needless to say we will return.

Scores 10/10 on location and facilities- great on site staff, most helpful. The toilet/ shower building are a credit to the operators and staff. I have travelled periodically over the past 50 years and cleanliness of the whole site is by far the best I have experienced.

This is head and shoulders above most touring sites. It is adult only with large fully serviced pitches which provide water, Electric waste outlet and TV hook up. Staff are very helpful and friendly. That's why we have booked to go back to this beautiful part of Wales

A doglovers paradise. Dog wash room was fantastic. Gravy bone treats, marked out dog walk, even a dog pond for pooches who like a swim. The facilities are truly excellent. Showers blocks very modern, clean and warm. Every detail is thought of even down to the soft quilted toilet paper. Staff are warm and friendly. My husband enjoyed the fishing and caught lots of tench. Most pitches are flat, fully serviced and pristine with some having their own garden area with patio. The only thing stopping me giving the full star rating is the extremly poor signal. The site does provide TV cables to use FOC and free WiFi but it's frustratingly slow as everyone using it at the same time. This could be a turn off to some wating to stay in touch. This is no fault of the site as they are located on the side of a valley. Lovely vIllage but the walk back is steep. The on site shop is very spars. Local takeaways do not deliver so make sure you are stocked up before arrival.
