Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a great find. We stayed in the Owl room for 2 nights to attend a wedding locally. The room is huge and clean. The breakfasts are amazing. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly. Totally recommend.

We stayed for one night as we were visiting Llanidloes for my parents' diamond wedding anniversary. We booked two rooms (Owl and Butterfly), both were excellent but the Butterfly room just edged it. The breakfast was outstanding and you could not want for more. The warmth of the welcome from Katrina and Glyn made the visit even more special.

My cycling companion and I were made very welcome by Katrina on our arrival, wet and tired after a long ride. Our separate rooms (Burrows and Owl) were spacious and well appointed with high quality fittings. Breakfast was partly self-service and plentiful. In short, a great place.

Spent a couple of nights here when meeting up with friends. Parking is on the street outside the property or across the way in a public car park. The property has been lovingly restored by the current owners I believe. Actually we wouldn't be surprised as we saw Glyn on the roof of a nearby property when out for a walk!!. Very friendly owners where nothing seemed to be too much trouble. There was a mix up with the room but it was no trouble to change for our second and last night. A small thing the bed covers and towels could be of better quality. When you book a room make sure you discuss your mobility as access to some rooms are by steep stairs. All in all great place to stay.

A massive room and bathroom with large shower and corner bath. All the fixtures and fittings are the highest standard which creates a luxurious very comfortable stay. I had the use of a beautiful lounge with centerfield suite, decorated to the highest standard. Katrina & Glyn are excellent very attentive hosts and the breakfasts were just perfect. Whatever and how much you wanted. I can't recommend this guest house highly enough. 6 out of 5.

A beautiful little b and b, unassuming on the outside but great on the inside. There are only 3 bedrooms, but very very nice, spacious and tastefully decorated. A kitchen/diner for breakfast, and a separate lounge. We were made very welcome, and the breakfast was excellent. No hesitation in staying here again.

Rightly voted Llanidloes's favourite b&b, the Coach and Horses is a model of its kind: spacious, comfortable rooms; excellent choice of breakfasts and hosts who genuinely care about your comfort. We've stayed several times and are always sad to leave.

This B&B is amazing and the accessible suit (Burrows suit) is brilliant. Big with plenty of room to move around. The wet room is huge! Katrina and Glyn are so welcoming and are always around if you need help. The only difficult bit is the steep ramp in but so worth it. A total gem and we would highly recommend it. The suit is on the ground floor and you can have the enormous breakfast served in your room. So glad we found this place
