Very friendly and nice staff! The owner Jaakko even helped us when my girlfriend had an ear troubles after we already had left to the next island. Diving at the Bunaken is superb and Living colours can provide diving gears that are in excellent condition. The boat crew are also very friendly and professional. I really recommend this place if you are keen to dive. For non-divers there is not much to offer and for them I would recommend Siladen and not Bunaken

Hi Mikko, Was great to dive with you guys and lets do it again soon. You are right. Real beauty of Bunaken Marine Park is under water for divers and snorkelers. I was quite surprised to hear resorts on Siladen don´t have medication for ear infection. Dive resorts should be loaded with Ampeciline and ear drops ! Best Fishes, Jaakko

Very experienced and helpful staff! Recommend staying in their lovely bungalows with a view opening to the sea and sunrise. Included three meals are really good and plentiful. It’s a little hard to get to, but so is every place in Bunaken. Diving is best in the world with warm waters and sooooo much to see. Lots and lots of turtles.

I’ve been diving for eight years now. As a diver, you always want to visit new dive sites and see new underwater species. I’ve been privileged and able to visit a number of different diving destinations in Asia. However, there is one diving resort where I come back again and again. This resort is Living Colours at Bunaken, North Sulawesi. I always come back to Living Colours because the service and friendliness of the owners and personnel are always excellent. The diving is really fun with professional dive guides and the accommodations are great. With Living Colours diver can focus on diving. I highly recommend!

Big comfortable bungalows. clean kept gardens. competent diving services. And a beach bar! Good variation of food, a fusion Asian western cuisine. Diving equipment in good working order, as well as the diving boats. Dedicated team.

This was a nice place to stay as a family and a fantastic base for scuba diving around Bunaken. Our room was a stand-alone bungalow that was timber and stone and beautifully presented. We were there in the quiet period after Christmas and it felt very private. The dining area is at the top of a cliff and all meals were included. Even at times when there was not many guests there were multiple dishes to choose from and always delicious! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The diving was fantastic and the boat crew do everything to prepare your gear. If you don't dive however, there is not a lot to do other than relax or explore the island. We loved our 8 day stay and will definitely be back at Living Colours soon !
