Stayed at Ivy Cottage on the winter rate of buy two nights get one free which worked out as a very reasonable rate for two of us for three nights in this beautiful village. We had a room looking out over the Green, en suite bathroom with a large bath and shower. Lots of hot water! Our room was very...

We stayed in February 2017 in the king size room and had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were very friendly and offered advice about where to visit in the area and the best walks to go on. Breakfast was excellent with perfect bacon/sausage and very tasty fruits and yoghurts on offer also. Our room was very spacious (it even had...

We had an hour to spare and feeling somewhat peckish we popped in here for a snack. Lovely sandwich served with a fresh salad garnish. The tea was obviously of decnt quality. Very reasonably priced too.

We arrived in Reeth really early (more then 4 hours) but we popped in, originally to ask directions but the room was ready (obviously this might not always be the case). We were greeted with a friendly smile from Janet who showed us to our room and told us a little bit about the BnB and also showed us maps...

Mattress was just fine and we slept great. Bathroom was a little small but clean and modern. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, sausage, mushrooms, toast,...

The room we stayed in was clean and reasonably well equipped. However it was very cramped and if we had stayed more than one night I would have found it uncomfortable. I am not a fan of having a shower in the bedroom either. (The toilet was seperate). Breakfast was very good though, and the owners lovely.

I stayed here for 3 nights, spending time in The Dales taking photos and exploring. I had a very comfortable double room with my own adjacent private-use bathroom (there was a door from my room, and another door from the landing which was locked, so I had sole use). The bedroom had a window seat where I loved to sit...

We have a done a lot of bed and breakfasting over the years. It is a great British tradition. We never cease to be amazed by the warmth of welcome and high standard of provision. Ivy Cottage was no exception. Friendly but not intrusive folk, a wonderful, well-equipped, tastefully decorated room over-looking the green and with distance views of the...
