Room Genuine plastic cups provided and keeping bathroom amenities at reception makes things tricky! Mini TV is an example of less is less in minimalist terms without quality or character. Faux old tiles throughout the hotel give a pretence of authenticity, decor is barely functional and lacking style. Spa Without water buckets in the sauna, synthetic robes full of static.... More

Can't say enough about this place. From the very friendly and attentive staff, to the wonderful surroundings, we loved it. We booked a one night stay to hike Val de Nuria and took advantage of the spa the afternoon we got back. Walked into town for dinner, great hearing the owls and seeing the stars on the way back. As... More

This is a great family hotel, great service, fantastic views, excellent food. Though a bit pricey, I highly recommend it. We have Benin there twice and will be back next time we go back to wonderful Catalonia.

Tucked away in Ribes de Freser is this spa with great access to Nuria by local train for skiing and walking. We stayed 3 nights, enjoying an inclusive spa each day, breakfast and dinner. We stayed somewhere similar last year in Andorra, but this was just as nice without the price tag. Rooms were well equipped, bathrooms very modern with... More

We stayed 1 night. Everything was perfect: the room good views, the bed very comfortable, the cleaningness, the spa is small, but very well thought-out in design, with sauna, steam-room, assorted showers and a small pool, the common areas, the views, the gorgeous breakfast and the time to have it, we love get up late. The staff where kindly. I... More

Enjoyed a great summer stay of 3 nights. Everything was perfect; the room, the bed, the cleaningness, the spa, the common areas, the views, the gorgeous breakfast and more importantly the staff. All of them, without exception were great, they help us in everything and they always accomodated each one of our small requests with a friendly smile. Roger, Marta,... More

A bit conflicted about this one. If I'd paid a bit less I would probably have been only positive as the hotel is in a stunning setting and the rooms are lovely. But at €160/night the first niggle is that it was a bit much to charge extra for the spa. Particularly as it was over heated and the other... More

This place was a VERY welcome treat after a disastrous night camping!!! I didn't care about the price, just wanted some chill time. Certainly got it! Thought it was slightly over-priced at 303euros for 2 nights but this included THE MOST AMAZING BREAKFAST of our 10 day trip and full access to the spa. Table service one morning and buffet... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice hotel at a beautiful spot. I personally found the value for the high price not good enough. The rooms are nice and clean, but a bit too basic for this price. The kids were very disappointed that they could not enter the swimming pool. We had to pay 12... More
