Hi Muddyboot, It wasn't New Year, it was the night before, if it hadn't have been for the group that were staying there it would have been lovely & I doubt they'll be staying there so soon again. I did report it to the young girl at breakfast who was going to let Caroline know, I am sure Caroline would know who was staying on the 30th Nov, you could ask her if they'll be there or not when you book, hopefully they aren't regulars otherwise it would spoil what is a beautiful little place! Good luck

Hi I am sure if you ask Caroline the question she will be happy to accomodate, but cannot answer for the owner. They do take dogs in the school house accomodation so worth a call, can only ask... Hope this helps.

"Room 3 lovely large room, room 1 is ground floor. Room 2 has bedroom above, bathroom below, via a dedicated spiral staircase."
"We had 2 rooms - the 2 storey one is great but may not suit older people"
"Number 2 was quirky but split level bathroom arrangement may not suit the less agile and there was no shower."
