Hotel is located within a bundle of other resorts, condos, and hotels. Accommodations are simple and very clean, you're not paying for great decor. Pool is very simple, most people go to the beach. Never felt threatened there. Use common sense, leave valuables in the room safe and leave nothing in the car. Grocery and restaurants are nearby, prices are...

This place was an absolute nightmare. No joke! We were robbed of over $2500 worth of valuables. When we found out we were robbed, there was NOBODY available at the reception desk. In the parking lot, there were some very suspicious security folks who did not speak English. They were unfriendly, un-sympathetic, and defensive. They told us that robberies occur...

We stayed here from March 12 thru March 17, 2008. This was our second stay at Cap Caraibes ( first stay was in Nov. of 2006 ). We booked directly with the hotel and got a pretty good deal, considering that we were " in season " ( but more than twice what we had paid for our previous off-season...

We just got back from staying here (in the high season) cost almost 300 a night and this is not a ritz or westin. But remember this is an island. This place is very clean and 10 feet from the beach and food! They offer free lounge chairs at the beach and umbrellas. There is no internet access at hotel...

I read some of the other reviews and some people seemed dissappointed with the amenities and price. My husband and I have travelled to the Carribbean many times. Sometimes we have taken cruises and sometimes we stayed in resorts. We decided to stay in St. Maartin because of all the places that we have been, we loved Orient Bay's beach...

Booked this hotel based on the reviews. It was ok but not great for the $2,000 (booked on Expedia) per week price. Very basic! If your flight arrives late and you arrive when it is dark (as we did), it is very difficult to find this place. The signs are small and visible in daylight but not at night. There...

The location can't be beat. Just steps away from Orient Bay. It is true that it's not a luxury resort but the accomodations are clean and it's a well-run operation. It's probably more comparable to a hotel in Mexico. The girls at the front desk are amazing. Very professional and helpul. Lots of fun bars & restaurants on the beach...

Stayed a week from 1/14/08. Stayed on top floor & could see a slim stirp of ocean over the tree line. Nice size room. Small kitchenette for breakfast & snacks only. Good AC which was needed cause no screens on patio doors. What's up with that? TV only 3 channels & only 1 (CNN international) in english. Beaches were lined...

We stayed just 4 nights (23-27 January 2008) and the hotel was very nice and met our expectations. It is a quiet, comfortable and relaxing location. There is a small pool at the hotel and the beach is just 15 yards away. You can hear the surf from your room. The A/C was good although the water pressure was bad...

My wife and I stayed at the Cap Caraibes for our 10th Anniversary in October of 2007. Not knowing which hotel to choose we read many reviews on hotels on the french side of St.Martin. We were very pleased with our choice. Cap Caraibes was more than we ever expected. Great price, Great Location, Fantastic Friendly and Helpful Staff and...
