Theodoros Resort is widely appreciated for its modern amenities, including a beautiful pool area and well-appointed rooms, with the hotel's relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness—especially the pristine pool—receiving commendations from guests. While the staff's friendliness and helpfulness earn praise, some travelers caution about high additional charges for services like air conditioning and late checkouts. Despite the overall positive remarks on the hotel's cleanliness, a few reviewers pointed out occasional lapses in cleaning services.

Stayed in a two bedroomed spotless apartment in front of the swimming pool which is a great size for swimming in. My friend and I stayed in September and were really delighted with our choice. So many sunbeds to pick from where to sunbathe . The service around the pool was attentive for ordering drinks and ice creams. The little supermarket just across the road was great for buying our basics as we were on the self catering option. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and the food was tasty and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in Roda. Everything was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful .

A very well maintained and beautifully landscaped medium sized aparthotel complex with the friendliest, most hard working staff I have seen in a long time. (Particular kudos to Dimitris, Katherine, George and Angelo). This hotel is officially rated 2 star from what I saw but 3+ by TUI and I can understand why TUI have used their own grading system as it is far more than a 2 star. 5 minutes walk from the beachfront. Food is good quality and fresh and great cocktails. Slushies, ice creams and milkshakes available for the kids too. Staff are always around taking drinks orders and clearing up empty glasses from the sun loungers. The pool area is a highlight with a small swim up bar, deep and shallow section, separate kids pool and separate jacuzzi area. Pool table here too that was used a lot. Lots of sun loungers, we never had a problem finding one and nicely spaced out in the grassy area surrounding the pool. A few very cute friendly cats that are fed by the hotel and look very healthy that lounge around the area but cause no disturbance. Greek night once a week on Wednesday with some dancers that are brought in. We stayed in the main section in a split level 2 bedroom unit. Spotlessly clean. Terrace area with tables and chairs and a small kitchenette but we didn’t cook. They ask on arrival what cleaning regime you would like zero, 3 times weekly or 6 times weekly. (No extra charges if you want 6 times a week cleaning). Aircon is extra at 10 euro a day for a 2 bedroom unit but worth it in August . Guests are a mixture of British (Majority), Irish, Dutch, Greek, Italian, French from the languages I heard. A good mix and mainly families including inter generational with grandparents too and some couples. I was speaking to the TUI rep and said how nice the hotel was and she said she’d been the rep allocated for a few years and never got any complaints from customers. It was her “easy” hotel. Well done Theodoros on achieving the magic formula for a great mid range hotel with superb staff. I would recommend Ammos Grill and Nico’s family taverna for food within a 5 minute walk.

My family and I just got back from Theodoros Resort and can't recommend it enough.
Our 2 bedroom apartment in the annex was quiet, spacious and kept very clean.
The large and very deep pool has more than enough sun loungers to go around and plenty of shaded area, both the pool and the area around it are kept exceptionally clean and tidy.
If you choose to eat at the resort they have an extensive menu with everything from breakfasts, snacks to main meals all with huge portions at very reasonable prices.
There is also a small shop right opposite which is well stocked and very reasonable.
What really makes Theodoros special is the staff, I have never been to any hotel with such happy, friendly and helpful people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are intent on making your stay memorable.
We will definitely return one day.

We are at the end of our stay at the Theodoros resort in Roda, Corfu. After eight holiday cancellations due to Covid we had a last minute change from an all inclusive resort in Turkey to here. I came with mixed reservations as we do not usually go self catering but was impressed with previous reviews. We arrived late into the evening last Friday to a very warm welcome from the staff. The resort is small with only about 14 chalets but found it subtly modern, with a lovely bar/restaurant. Rooms were lovely and bright with all of the basics needed. When we got up the next day we were amazed to see the size of the pool (be warned not heated, so not for the faint hearted) and the number of sun beds available. The staff are charming, attentive and a credit to the owners. Although there is a mini market opposite we have eaten out much of the time and the food at Theodoros has not disappointed, with a wide menu selection and cooked fresh to order. Roda itself is small but friendly Village and provided us with enough restaurants, bars and tourist shops open despite it being right at the end of the season. Roxanne was a regular day stop off to make use of their free comfortable sun beds on the sandy beach and lovely lunches. Getting around the island proved difficult as local transport had virtually closed for the season and excursions available were few and far between. We did book a trip to Corfu Town one day via Leopard Travel in Roda, paying 10 euros each for the round trip. A bargain. If you want a quiet relaxed but impeccably clean self catering holiday then please do try Theodore resort. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been visiting for a few years now and it's really feels like our second home.
You are welcomed like your part of the family and met by the nicest owners and staff.
You are in an idealic location with palm trees and very well tendered gardens to beautiful well kept rooms and fantastic food.
You could simply walk a few yards from your room to the sunbed on the pool edge and be waited on throughout the day or visit the restaurant and enjoy some amazing food.
Simply some of the best food in Roda.
They hold a buffet night to allow the hotel to showcase the very high quality food it produces. Then you can visit the Greek night where your met with an evening of amazing food specials and a night of entertaining Greek dancing.
A very welcome addition this season was a quiz and bingo night. It added a little family fun to the night and really helped break the ice between guests. I hope it continues and increases to more nights.
Dimitris , Katarina and George do everything to fulfill your needs and make your visit as pleasant as possible. They really make your visit amazing as they are the friendliest people you will meet.
I must make a special comment to the gardener. Sorry I don't know his name but he works endlessly to keep the grounds in tip top condition and is a key part to Theo's atmosphere by doing so much for your environment.
We always also visit Theo's other restaurant 'Stavento' at Gouvia marina. It would be silly not to with such amazing food on offer.
Simply put it's our happy place and that down to the owners Theo and Ioanna and the wonderful team of staff.

Just stayed here for a week and it was honestly perfect. Even through what has been an awful few months with Coronavirus etc. the staff are all so cheerful and never fail to bring a smile to your face, they are all lovely and helpful making you feel at home and like family from arrival, especially Dimitri and Katarina.

The room was spotless and spacious with a balcony that had an amazing view of the mountains.

I highly recommend the half-board as the breakfast and dinner are amazing value (we had to repeatedly check the food we were ordering was included because of how much you get). The food is all freshly made and incredibly tasty, the place could make a killing just as a restaurant I'm sure. Plus on Saturday and Wednesday there is an all you can eat buffet.

The resort is also ideally located with a small super market just outside for any daily needs, and the beachfront is only 5 minutes away.

Really wish I had stayed for two weeks, but I would most definitely stay again.

Having narrowed down our options to 2 or 3 hotels / apartments, we plumped for the Theodoros based on trip advisor reviews.
We booked just 3 weeks before travelling due to our turkey trip being cancelled to Covid 19.
One arrival we were met by an enthusiastic Dimitri, who was a bundle of energy and smiles throughout the week.
We had room 110, a duplex 2 bedroom apartment looking onto the swimming pool, absolutely great accommodation that allowed us to chill with a drink on an evening, with a pleasant outlook - highly recommend.
Tui market this as small and friendly and that it is ! In this Covid world we wanted something with no huge crowds, a pool , nice accommodation, short walk to beach and restaurants, and we struck the jackpot.
Plenty of sun beds available daily and all day, no towels on beds culture, which is so refreshing, and relaxing !
Cleaning of our room was excellent, and the maintenance guy, who diligently cleaned each and every subbed nightly by hand was second to non.
Food was good, good choices for breakfast , we went B&B , served until midday ! We ate lunch a few times, burger was excellent, as was the chef salads and club sandwiches !
Due to Covid and the midnight closures enforced we didn’t spend as much time in the bar area, which was lovely, as we would have liked, maybe next time !
In summary, we experienced a super time here, safe, quiet, but in a nice relaxing way, lively pool area, supermarket on the door step, beach 5 min walk if you turn right...we met Theo and Joanne one evening , the owners as we were sat out late, they have a lovely place and a team who never stop working or smiling, highly recommend both The hotel and the resort of Roda..... go, believe the reviews, and trust me you won’t be disappointed.... enjoy !
Btw mosiquito’s this year are a problem ( not specific to this hotel I add, I think they’ve been starved of tourists and it’s now feast not famine for them-go prepared as us and everyone we spoke to were ravaged)

The staff and facilities at this hotel are excellent. As a vegan, I often struggle on holiday and Demetri and his team made every effort to accommodate me! Each evening meal had been thought out and was delicious. Catherine’s soya cappuccino was also first class :) Even the little shop across from the hotel sold vegan Heinz Mayo lol!

The pool and bar are lovely, very relaxing and clean. We were in the self catering apartments across the street, these were also clean and comfortable but in need of some updating, but who doesn’t love retro right?! We loved the little veranda at the back for our sundowners too - complete with fire flies at night that are incredible. In May, the evenings are cooler so recommended paying for the heating in room.

Highly recommend moped hire to explore the island and round the corner is a well priced hire place.

Loved this little holiday, Greece never fails to deliver, such a beautiful country with great food and people. Will be back.

Myself and my husband decided to come to Corfu in these uncertain times as our holiday was already booked . Corfu has no restrictions at the moment . As soon as we arrived at this wonderful place we were greeted by a wonderful young man who made us instantly feel relaxed and safe . The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff work day and night keeping the place clean and sanitised. The hotel is family run all of them work so hard to make you feel very welcome . The food is fantastic . We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments which was very well equipped but we ate in the hotel regularly. The gardens are very well kept the atmosphere and layout
Is perfect . I would highly recommend the theodoros to both couple and families. Corfu has so much to offer . Roda the resort and the Theodoros resort are perfect place to stay . Many thanks to all the wonderful staff we had a fantastic holiday . We will definitely return bringing our children and grandchildren.

When I first booked my trip it was for Kavos, due to covid I had to rebook and this place looked excellent. Upon arrival we were given a room that wasn’t attached to the property, seemed like they were owned by someone else. Either way, the apartment we had was absolutely nothing like any of the pictures which was the first disappointment. The cupboards and drawers all smelt musty, we had to rewash the kitchen equipment 3 times to get the smell off of it. The food provided by the bar was good but inconsistent. An example of this was I ordered a sandwich and it came with salad and chips. The next day my friend ordered the exact same thing and it came with no chips and rather than salad a single slice of tomato and cucumber. Unfortunately the pool turned both one of my costumes and my friends swim shorts green, the staff were lovely every time we spoke to them. The area was kept very clean, and I felt very safe. The highlight of the trip for me was the boat ride to the blue lagoon which I would recommend to everyone!
