Yes, it's basic but they offer everything you need at a small tropical island. The service is great, people are super friendly and the place has a very pleasant vibe. We would for sure stay here again.

We slept in a dorm which was really basic, no running shower, just a bucket filled with water. The food menu is pretty good, even though portions are not that big so you might need to order some more. The taste is good though, there's also a nice vibe, staff is friendly and it's at a great location. If your...

I would say liberty hotel is the most decent of the accomodations in the island. Do not expect any luxuries though, as it is very humble, which for me was part of the charm, too. Right at the beach, the rooms have great views, just like the restaurant where you can enjoy a perfect sunset. Make sure you try the...

The fries portion is ridiculously small!!! Our food was wrong and they even changed it. I would never come back here and really don't recommend. Very bad costumer service in this place. The only nice thing is the view.

We arrived at this place to a smiling and friendly lady who showed us our room. The room was amazing at the top of the building, great decor and an amazing balcony. The hotel was right on the beach so it was well placed. The restaurant was the real let down with over priced average food, this wasn't the problem....

Their price for diving and the look of their room is very reasonable. The food a bit bland but can fix with condiments, soda was very expensive. Snorkling with Turtles is the best but too many fees, environmental fee, bring your own snorkle, if you can swim well don't rent vest, tour guide fee is a must, bring underwater camera, boat...

Apo island is one of the BEST DIVING & SNORKELING SPOTS IN THE WORLD! The coral reefs are well preserved and the sea turtles are very abundant. Liberty's community lodge has a lot of friendly and helpful staffs. However one problem is the limited amount of electricity on the whole island. There is just a certain time in the morning...

The room is very expensive considering what you get out of it. Energy working on solar energy and generators. No energy from 10pm which means no fan during the night. It gets so hot is impossible to sleep. You have to open the windows and then is when the mosquitos will send it's regards... even the bed has a "fish...

I came here after spending one terrible night in Marios. Libertys offered me a spacious room with all meals for 1000 a night, which was pretty reasonable as the food was fine. I found the manager and staff very helpful and polite. I was visiting during some windy weather, so the seas were pretty churned up. Getting in and out...

If you want to avoid a hassle trip, skip this one like what most of the negative comments stated. We booked a boat with them, clearly exchanged phone calls that the cost for the boat for each head is 300 ROUNDTRIP. I even sent an SMS to the manager to summarize what we've talked about. The manager seemed haven't seen...
